스포츠 클럽하우스 환경계획 및 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 현대인의 건강에 대한 관심과 여가시간의 증가는 여가선용의 일환으로 직접 참여하는 스포츠, 즐거움을 줄 수 있는 스포츠로서 저마다 가치있고 개성있는 여가 스포츠를 즐기기 위하여, 좀더 일상생활과 밀착된 스포츠나 스포츠 시설에 대한 요구가 급속히 고조되고 있다. 이에따라 스포츠시설의 운영 및 관리상의 핵심이 되고 이용자에게 편의공간을 제공해주는 등 시설이용의 주체로서 클럽하우스는 변화하는 인간요구와 생활패턴의 다양화, 개성화 추세에 따라 새로운 개념으로서 스포츠 클럽하우스의 필요성이 요구되어진다. 즉 스포츠 자체를 즐길 뿐아니라 스포츠 전, 후에서도 즐거움을 찾을 수 있고, 각종 관련 정보의 습득과 활발한 사교활동을 통하여 새시대의 스포츠 뉴 라이프를 형성할 수 있는 클럽하우스 환경이 요구된다고 하겠다. 본 논문은 이러한 다각적인 인간요구와 시대적 흐름에 부응하며, 바람직한 인간행동을 유발시킬 수있는 능동적이고 미적인 환경을 조성 함으로써, 궁극적으로 인간 삶의 질적수준 향상과 내일의 재생산의 에너지를 축적하고, 사회적 연대감을 높인다는데 그 의의를 둔다. 이에 본연구는 도시형 테니스 클럽을 중심으로 도시특성에 맞는 복합 기능으로서의 스포츠 클럽하우스를 디자인하여, 이상적인 모델을 제시하고, 건축적 형태와 실내 디자인을 통합적으로 연구하고자 하였다. 이를위한 연구과정은 다음과 같다. 1. 스포츠 클럽하우스의 개념 및 특성을 알아보기 위하여 클럽의 유형과 발전과 정을 알아봄으로서 스포츠 클럽의 위치를 파악하고, 스포츠 클럽의 분류와 조직, 운영특성및 그 역할을 살펴보았다. 2. 스포츠 클럽하우스 환경디자인을 하는데 있어서 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하여 디자인 기준을 설정하였다. - 사회, 문화적 환경 측면에서 사회적 필요성과 이용자의 심리적 요구, 생활 패턴의 변화를 알 수 있었으며, 이에따른 환경개선이 요구되었다. - 인간과 환경의 커뮤니케이션 수단으로서 시각언어 전달방식의 효율화를 위하여 커뮤니케이tus 이론을 분석하였다. - 인간이 주체가 되는 물리적환경 측면에서 인간행태와 환경적 의미의 지각을 통하여 인간의 기대행위에 따른 필요공간을 설정 하였다. - 궁극적으로 인간에게 기능 뿐아니라 미적으로 쾌적한 공간이 되게하기 위하여 환경미학적 요인을 분석하였다. 3. 도시형 테니스 클럽을 대상으로 이용자 측면과 시설환경 측면에서 현황을 조사하고, 앞서 밝힌 디자인 기준을 토대로 분석하여 문제점온 도출하였다. 4. 이러한 이론적 고찰과 현황분석 자료를 바탕으로 디자인 방향 및 개념적 틀을 정립하고, 설정된 대상을 통하여 이에 부응하는 최적의 디자인 안음 제시하였였다. - 클럽하우스와 스포츠 시설물과의 공간적 연계성을 고려하여 각 공간이 기능적으로 잘 융- 독창적이고 개성적인 공간으로써 흥미로운 공간체험을 할 수 있고, 이용자의 편익 활동에 요구되는 여러기능을 감안하여 합목적적인 공간이 되도록 하였다. - 클럽하우스는 클럽전체의 성격을 전달해주는 시각물로서, 그 건물양식에서 내부환경에 이르기까지 통일된 이미지 통합계획을 세웠다. - 색채, 재료 및 사인계획을 통하여 클럽 이미지를 함축적으로 전달하고, 클럽의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있도록 하였다. - 전 과정을 종합, 평가하여 그 적합성을 검토하였다.;Rising concern about one's health and growing leisure time among modem man today, call for a necessity in certain kinds of sports or sport facilities which adhere to everyday-life, in order to enjoy all sorts of leisure sports in which one can participate directly and feel good about as well. As the primary figure responsible for the management of sport facilities, not to mention offering users the greatest of comfort, the club house concept must be reshuffled to a sports club house concept due to changing human needs, diversify in living patterns, and growing individuality. In other words, users must be able to enjoy not only the 'do sports' part alone, but also the 'before sports' as well as the 'after sports' parts. Thus the club house needs to accomodate an atmosphere that will build a sports categories and bringing about active socialization. This paper; responds to this particular kind of human demend and period of time, helps to create an atmosphere that can induce a right kind of human behavior. In the long run, this paper aims at improving levels of human life styles and providing energy to strengthen social solidarity. This study, being focused on the urban-style Tennis Club; designed the sports club house taking into consideration the several functions fit for the city life-style, offered an ideal model, and studied its architectual form and interior design altogather. The research process goes as follows; 1. The division and organization, the characteristics of management and functions of the sports club is basically discussed. In order to figure out the concept and characteristic of the sports club house, understanding the location of the sports club is necessary and this is done figuring out the club's type and developing process. 2. Several design standards are set in form of factors that affect the environmental design of the sports club house. - In terms of social and cultural environmental dimensions, factor such as social necessity, the user's psychological needs, and the changing living pattern showed a need for an environmental renovation. - A study on Communication Theory, since visual language is a means of communication between man and the environment, is discussed to increase efficiency of the transmitting of visual language. - The necessary space according to human expectations is set, and this is done by perceiving human form and environmental significance, in terms of the physical environment humans are subjects to. - At last, aesthetic environmental factors is discussed since the club not only serves its function to man but also provides an aesthitecally pleasant space. 3. Present situation research on urban tennis clubs in terms of the user and environmental facilities was performed and based on the design standards discussed above, some problems are also discussed. 4. Based on theoretical inqury and analitic data on the present situation, the designing direction and conceptual frame is set, and a design suggestion which fits in with the chosen object is provided. - Taking into consideration the special relativity between the club house and the sport facilities, an architectual form, in which each space will harmonize together functionally, is suggested. - Having in mind; unique and individualistic space in which an space-experience is possible, and responding to the many functions that the user's better life is demanding for, an all-purpose space is provided. Since the club house stands as visual object that characterizes the club as a whole, a coordinated image-gathering plan is set, which includes the type of building as well as the interior environment. A suggestion on how a club image may be significantly transmitted through color, materials and sign-plan, how to increase the club's reliability is provided. The whole process is re-looked upon and is examined to see if the solution provided is appropriate of not.
