지체부자유자의 직업훈련에 관한 연구

Abstract

모든 인간은 출생하면서부터 존엄성의 권리를 갖고 있으며, 장애자 역시 그 장애의 원인, 특질 또는 정도에 관계없이 다른 시민과 동등한 기본적 권리와 의무를 갖는다. 경인지역 지체부자유자 대상 직업재활원의 귀금속공예 교육을 중심으로 장애자의 직업훈련에 있어서 추구되어야 할 관점을 문제로 제기한다. 본 연구의 목적은 지체장애자 직업훈련의 역할과 특성을 근거로 하여 귀금속공예 교육의 현황을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 문헌과 면담, 실제 교육경험에 따른 질문지를 분석 도구로 하고 연구 대상은 경인 지역 직업재활원의 귀금속공예과 교사와 학생 47명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 면담과 질문지는 이들을 대상으로 귀금속공예 직업교육의 현황에 대한 의견을 종합하였으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 교사와의 면담 결과 지체장애자의 귀금속공예 직업훈련에 적당한 장애 정도는 輕度, 中度순으로 나타났으며 교과 과정의 이론과 실기 비율은 현재 20:80에서 30:70이 적합하다고 응답하였다. 교육 목표는 생활 적응 훈련에 중점을 두고 기초 기능을 바탕으로 일부의 전문적인 기능도 교육하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 수업에 능률적인 학급 인원은 교사 1인에 10-15명으로 응답하였다. 질문지는 학생을 대상으로 하였으며 분석결과 보장구 착용에 따른 장애 정도와 작업시에 知覺한 장애 정도는 자기의 장애 수용 능력에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났으며, 귀금속공예의 선택은 교육을 받기전에 그 직종에 대한 관심을 가지고 자기의 일방적 의사로 선택하였으며, 직업평가가 학생 모두에게 일괄적으로 이루어지고 있지 않음을 나타내었다. 그러므로 장애자의 귀금속공예 직업훈련에 있어서 교과 과정의 운영과 지도에 여러가지 문제점이 드러나고 있어서 이에 대한 문제점 검토 등이 종합적으로 추구되어야 한다.;Man is born with the rights of dignity and the physically handicapped person has the basic rights and duties identical with common men regardless of the cause, special quality, and degree of handicap. Focusing on the education of precious metal-craft of vocational schools for the physically handicapped at Kyongin area, the author proposes the viewpoints to be pursued in their job training at issue. The purpose of this stuay is to investigate the present situation of the education of precious metal craft upon the roles and characteristics of the job training for the physically handicapped. As for the method of the study the author used the questionnaires according to the literatures, interviews and pratical education experiences as its tool of analysis. And the objects are the teachers and forty-seven students of vocational schools in the field of the education of precious metal craft at Kyongin area. The contents of these interviews and questionnaires are to synthesize their opinions on the actual situation of the vocational education of precious metal craft. The results of analysis are follows: The outcomes of interviews with teachers show that the degree of handicap appropriate to the job training of precious metal craft for the disabled person is the slight and medium one in its order. And that the desirable rate between the theories and practices in the curriculum is 30:70 instead of the present one, 20:80. The educational goals tell us that they have taught their students some professional skills on the basis of mastering basic ones with emphasizing the life adaptation training. And they also respond that the efficient number of students in teaching is 1O-15 ones to a teacher. The objects of the questionnaires are students. The results of analysis reveal that the degree of handicaps with the security tools and that the students perceived in working varied according to their receptive capacity of handicap. Students freely chose the education of precious metal craft with taking interest in that field before the training. But the job evaluation was not collectively given to all of them. Upon these results the author concludes that in the job training of the precious metal craft for the physically handicapped students many problems of the operation and instruction of its educational curriculum have been revealed. And that the comprehensive considerations on their solutions must be examined.
