PAUL KLEE의 작품을 응용한 의상디자인

Abstract

인간은 누구나 근본적으로 미적 욕구를 간직하고 있으며 아름다워 지고자 하는 인간의 미에 대한 추구는 시대와 사회의 변천에 따라 많은 변화를 겪은 미술양식과 많은 연관을 가지고 다양한 표현방식을 갖게 되었다. 오늘날 의상의 미적 표현도 미술양식에 근거를 둔 적극적인 표현으로 독특한 개성시대의 새로운 운동으로 획일화의 탈을 벗고 각기 자기 취향에 맞는 개성적인 면을 창조해 가고 있다. 본 연구는 소박하면서도 도식적인 기교에서 벗어난 색채화가 클레(Paul, Klee 1879~1940)의 회화작품을 중심으로 의상에 응용 표현 했다. 연구의 내용은 문헌조사와 참고자료를 통하여 이론적 배경으로 클레의 생애와 작품세계, 현대회화가 의상에 미친 영향과 현대회화 이미지를 응용한 의상디자인을 알아보고 클레의 독특한 회화기법을 응용 작품제작을 하였다. 작품제작은 총 8점으로 소재는 silk를 선택하였다. 본 연구의 의도는 다음과 같다. 1. 조형적 대상으로서의 미를 추구 의상 자체의 예술성을 지향하였다. 2. 대중이 소화하여 상품화 할 수 있는 현대적 감각의 의상 구성을 하였다.;Basically, all human beings have esthetic desire in their mind. According to the lapse of time and the changes in social environments, the definition of beauty has been changed variously in conjunction with artistic styles of the corresponding ages. One of the most remarkable tendencies in the modern art is the pursuit of originality and independence. As a designer's fashion designs mirror contemporary artistic styles, current artistic expression in fashion design is also shifting from the uniformity in the past to the creation of unique personality conforming to the designer's own taste. This study is to apply paintings of Paul Klee(1879~1940) to costume designs. Klee was a painter of vivid consciousness and incessant studying, and his works were free of unnecessary ornamentation and routine techniques. In this study, I reviewed in detail his life and his works, the artistic trends in the twentieth century, the effects of modern paintings on fashion styles, and fashion designs to which images of modern paintings were applied, with reference to the relevant literatures. 8 pisces of silk costumes were made, to all of which his peculiar painting techniques were applied. In this study, Ⅰ: 1. Focused on the beauty of the costume as a formative objest. 2. Sought to compose costume designs with modern sense, which can be welcomed by general customers. 3. Tride to diversify costume designs through applying sensuous lines, surfaces and shapes in Klee's paintings to costumes, and using sophisticated dyeing techniques and sponge strips.
