高等學校 特活班의 實態와 問題点에 關한 調査硏究

Abstract

本 硏究는 우리나라 高等學校 特活班의 實態를 Band班을 中心으로 파악하여 그 理解를 더욱 새롭게 하고 發展 育成시켜 보다 效果的인 學校生活과 情緖敎育涵養에 조금이나마 보탬이 되게 하고저 그 必要性을 强調하기 爲하여 첫째, Band의 理論的 背景으로서 敎育的 備値와 우리나라 Band의 발자취, 外國의 樂器編咸 等 그 槪念을 알아 보았고, 둘째, 實際的인 面에 있어서 高等學校 Band部員들의 學校生活과 活動狀況, 지도에 따르는 問題點을 調査分析하고 Band部에 對한 適應度 樂譜問題, 樂器問題, 樂器編成, 部員募集, 樂器取扱 및 管理, 基礎練習, 演妻形態, Band部員들의 身體와의 問題點, 特히 女學生을 포함하여 알아 보았고 또한 Band班의 運營上 問題點을 把握하여 보다 效果的인 方案을 硏究하였다. 셋째, 서울시내와 地方의 男·女 高等學校 Band담당교사 및 高等學校 Band部 學生들의 質問紙를 通하여 얻어진 問題와 資料를 基礎로 하여 分析 硏究하였다. 끝으로 本 硏究에 對한 結論과 우리나라 高等學校 Band의 더욱 바람직한 育成을 爲하여 音樂의 生活化와 早期敎育의 實旅, 원활한 樂譜, 樂器歸入 및 교체, 신체단련, 有能한 指導敎師의 養成, Band指導 敎師의 待遇問題, Band音樂의 督及 等 全般 걸친 問題를 提言을 通하여 論하였고 本 硏究가 우리 音樂敎育이 나아갈 方向 修正에 다소나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 期待에서 이 論文을 作成하였다.;The present study relates to the actual condition of the high school's active group, particularly to the band. The object of the present study is to improve the understanding of the said band by means of understanding the meaning of the said band and developing and bringing up the said band for the purpose of aiding the effective school life and caltivating the emotional education. First, in the present study, the researcher has studied the notion of educational value and history of the said band in Korea, formation of musical instruments of the said band in foreign countries etc. as the theoretical background of band. And, secondly, the researcher has studied the school life, state of action and problems of leading the members of the said band in virtual respect, particularly, the problems of the adaptability to the band, musical score, musical instruments, formation of musical instruments, collection of the band members, handling of the musical instruments, management and members, handling of the musical instruments, management and basic practice in music, furthermore, the forms of musical performance and physical problems of the band members, more particularly, the girl members of the band. And the researcher of the present study has researched an effective plan through understanding the managing problems of the band. Thirdly, the researcher has studied on the basis of the resulting problems from their answers to the questions to the teachers in charge of the band of high schools in Seoul and the country and to the members of the band in high schools. At last, the researcher has studied and commented on the band through the conclusion of the present study and commented various problems such as activating the music into life, early musical training, easy purchase of musical score, teaching materials, physical training, treatment of the band teachers and the spread of the band music etc. through many suggestions for the preferable promotion of the band. The researcher, accordingly, has prepared this thesis in expectation of that this study could promote the education course of the music, large or small, in the future.
