텔레비젼 效果에 대한 文獻 硏究

Abstract

本硏究는 敎育에 Television이 어떠한 影響을 미치고 있는가에 대한 世界의 著名한 文獻을 調査硏究한 것이다. 急速度로 發展하는 科學文明의 發展과 더불어 現代社會는 知識의 量的팽창, 情報의 洪水, 敎育人口의 폭발적 增加에 따라 敎育方法과 이에 따른 media도 革新되어 가고 있다. 特히 20C에 이르러 視聽覺敎育方法이 敎授-學習過程에 揷入되어 脚米을 받기 시작하면서 부터 敎授活動은 機械化되어 가고 있으며 敎育效果도 커지고 있다는 것이 一般的인 通念으로 되어 있다. 그 中에서도 가장 많이 그리고 활발하게 敎育現場에 利用되고 있는 것이 Television인것이다. 그러면 과연 이 Television이 兒童學習과 어떠한 관계를 긴밀하게 맺고 있으며, 어떠한 影響을 미치고 있는지에 對하여 文獻을 통하여 硏究하였다. OORDON의 "敎育 Television의 效果", Brian Firth의 "學級에서의 mass media", Schramm Lyle, 와 Parker의 "어린이 생활에서의 TV" Eleanor E.Maccoby의 "어린이들에게 미치는 TV의 영향"을 비롯하여 Mclunam의 "媒體의 理解" 등의 著書를 통하여 硏究를 하였다. 文獻硏究 結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 첫째 사람들은 주로 자기들의 見解와 共感이 가는 communication을 읽고, 보고, 듣는 경향이 있으며, 둘째로 사람들은 mass communication에 選擇的으로 접촉하며 셋째로 사람들은 자기들의 見解를 공격하는것보다 支持하는 것을 훨씬 더 잘 기억하며 넷째로 perception과 Interpretation 역시 選擇的이라는 結論을 얻었다. 放送媒體가 人間行動中 敎育的인 面에서 어느정도 效果的이냐의 문제는 贊反論이 있으나 이것을 교육에 적극 활용해야 한다는 것에는 異議없는 結論이다. 그러므로 媒體의 影響을 받는 對象인 個體, 즉 人間의 主體性에 따라 敎育的인 觀點에서의 program제작이 교육 TV의 死活에 關鍵이 되는 것이라고 보겠다.;The objective of this study is to find out the effects of TV on the children by means of literature works. Expending of the knowledge and increasing of the school population brought the innovation of educational methods into classroom. And also the technological development brought the electronic media for the educational use. But TV viewing is dominant in the children's life time activities in their daily life. They tend to watch TV mainly for entertainment, not for educational purposes. As proved by many previous studies, they prefer non educational programs in which violence is of the rewarded or treated as a successful means of goal achievement. Many inhivitive agents for the socialization of children such as family, school, neigbeors, and others, prevent them to perform their learned violence. Especially the effects of TV on the children's learning process is mainly considered in this study throughtthe followings; a. Effects of ETV by Gordon b. Mass media in the classroom by Firth c. TV in the children's lives by Schramm, lyle, and Parker d. Effects of TV on the children by Eleaner e. Understanding the meia by Mcluhan The results those I found through the literatures are followings; a. Audience has a tendency to choose the messages which is related with his own common b. So, Audience has a tendency to select the channel from the mass communications c. Audience usually like their favour messages not the against one d. Also, the perception and interpretation is selective e. The effects of mass media on the children is rather caused by their social environment rather such as their family lives
