아파트내의 발코니 공간활용실태에 관한 연구

Abstract

When A.P.T is planed, each element is important but this study is purpose that it is analyse through balcony utilization research on the actual condition, in order to inquire into meaning and relation of balcony, and as space constitution can understand enough meaning of balcony which is based on it, it is form better dewll space which make use of base-date. Object area of this study is decide on Seoul area which is taking more than half the number of the whole country A.P.T and after sixth A.P.T of large, middle, small scale was opted, it was enforced research on the actual condition and it was classified according to consciousness analysis, relation analysis of environment, utilization condition analysis, satisfaction, desire items etc. and x"-test method in order to inspect relation items. a) Consciousness analysis about balcony of dwellers In this three content which think balcony a extension of sitting room, buffer space, outside space in front of sitting room, as garden etc. was presented similar distribution, also it was reacted on blacony necessity absolutely. b) Analysis of balcony space utilization As balcony utilization research on actual condition present, sundry everything is equiped in close space, as utilization of house wife is most used, it is depend on circumstance that it is used for simple domestic work which is different from meaning originally. c) Relation between balcony and environment At present, as A.P.T is attached importance to direction than environment, balcony is not utilized for rest, so it is requested that it shall be planed environment and direction of balcony relationally in order to activate balcony use. d) Satisfaction analysis of balcony At present, it was presented high dissatisfaction of use state of balcony and area, but in order to utilize balcony it must be kept at least width of 1.5 meter. e) Desire or request items of dwellers. One is hoping even if balcony form's length is short, width is large, and desire use is most requested that it play role sueh as garden of separate residence. Consequently, one is hoping for balcony is formed not simple domestic work space but individual outside living space, and as balcony is more active space, which is formed balcony size and relation of environment hereafter, when A.P.T is planed, it will be helped to balcony part can utilize actively as base data.;인간의 생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 주거공간의 각각의 요소는 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 아파트 주거공간에서 각각의 요소도 중요하지만 반내외부 공간의 특수한 성격을 가진 발코니 공간에 대해서 연구하고자 하였다. 발코니의 의미와 관련성에 대해서 알아보고 그저 형식적인 공간으로서가 아니라 발코니의 의미를 충분히 이해할 수 있는 그러한 공간구성을 하여 보다나은 주거공간을 형성하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상지역을 전국 아파트의 반수 이상을 차지하는 서울지역으로 정하고 소규모, 중규모, 대규모인 아파트를 임의로 6개 아파트, 8개동으로 선정해서 실태조사를 하였는데 그에 따르는 의식분석, 주변환경과의 관계도 분석, 활용실태 분석, 만족도, 희망사항등으로 분류하여 관련문항과의 검증을 위해 x^(2)-test방법에 따라 결과 분석하였다. a) 거주자들의 발코니에 대한 의식도 분석 발코니를 거실의 연장이라고 생각하는 것과 거실앞의 완충공간, 옥외리공간, 정원으로 생각한다는 것에 비슷한 분포를 보였다. 그리고 발코니 필요성에 대해 절대적으로 필요하다는 반응을 보였다. b) 발코니의 공간활용도에 대한 분석, 발코니의 활용실태 조사에서 나타난 바와같이 좁은 공간에 잡다한 모든것(빨래걸이, 화분대, 장독, 청소용구등)들이 비치되어 있어서 제대로 공간성격을 나타내지 못한 채로 활용되고 있었으며 주부의 활용도가 가장 빈번함으로써 본래 그 의미와는 달리 단순한 가사작업 공간으로만 사용되고 있는 실정이다. c) 발코니와 주변환경과의 관계 현재 아파트에서는 주변환경보다는 향만을 중요시 여겨 발코니가 휴식처로써 잘 활용되지 못하고 있으므로 발코니 용도를 활성화 시키기 위해서는 주변환경과 발코니의 방향을 관계지어 계획하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. d) 발코니에 대한 만족도 분석 발코니가 적극 활용되기 위해서는 최소한 발코니 폭이 1.5m를 유지해야만 한다. 그러나 실제로는 대부분이 이러한 기준에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 발코니의 현재 사용상태에 대해서는 불만도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. e) 거주자들의 희망 또는 요구사항 발코니 형태로는 길이가 짧더라도 폭이 넓은것을 원하고 있고 희망용도로는 단독주택의 "마당"과 같은 역할을 하기를 가장 많이 요구하고 있다. 결과적으로, 이러한 점등을 미루어 보아 단순한 가사작업 공간으로서만이 아닌 개인옥외 생활공간으로 형성되기를 바라고 있는 것이다. 또한 발코니 크기와 주변환경과의 관계등에 많은 비중을 두어서 앞으로 아파트 계획시 발코니 부분이 적극적으로 활용될 수 있게 하는데 기초자료로써 도움을 주고자 하였다.
