金敎臣의 基督敎 思想

Abstract

1900年代初 韓國 敎會에는 反宣敎師的인 民族 敎會를 표방하는 運動이 표현화하기 시작하였다. 그러나 이러한 運動도 1930年代에 이르러서는 宣敎師들의 영향력감소와 함께 日帝의 압박에 의해 불가피하게 親日로 기울어졌었다. 처음에는 反宣敎師的인 民族 敎會를 표방했던 運動이 결국 親日的인 경향으로 타락되었던 이러한 과정은 韓國民族敎會 형성사에서의 비극이라할 수 있다. 또한 우리 民族이 日帝의 治下에서 겪었던 수 많은 수난중에 나타났던 안타까운 현상이기도 한것이 었다. 그러나 이러한 때에 反日, 反宣敎師의 정확한 노선을 끝까지 고수하다가 해방을 넉달 앞두고 아깝게 세상을 떠났던 信仰人이 있었다. 그가 바로 本 論文의 主題인 金敎臣(1901-1945)이다. 그는 日帝의 압제하에서 民族의 사는 길을 순수한 基督敎에서 갈구하였고 鬪爭하였다. 聖書와 朝鮮을 일체로 생각했던 그는 「聖書朝鮮」을 거의 혼자힘으로 집필했으며, 朝鮮에 聖書를 줌으로서 이 民族을 救援해야겠다는 사명감으로 가득차 있었다. 그는 日本의 無敎會主義者 內村鑑三을 "唯一의 스승"으로 모셨고 여기에 그의 영향을 전적으로 받아드렸던 것이다. 바른 基督敎를 말하기 위해 "無敎會"라는 단어를 사용하였던 그를 旣成敎會에서는 異端으로 보았고 또는 基督敎人으로 인정하지 않는 등 시련을 받기도하였다. 그는 韓國의 토착적 신앙을 자리잡게 하고자 최후까지 가시밭길을 걸었기때문에 그가 택했던 길은 순탄치 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 그러나 그의 삶은 밝고 생기있는 그리고 希望이 넘치는 그런 삶이었다. 그것은 그의 眞實하고도 透徹한 信仰에서만이 가능할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 金敎臣의 思想과 言行은 韓國 基督敎界와 敎育界에 미친 영향이 크다고 본다. 이미 金敎臣에 대한 여러 연구 성과가 발표된것이 있으나 다시 한번 구체적으로 그의 基督敎 思想을 硏究할 必要性을 느끼었다. 그것은 金敎臣이 韓國 現代史에서 그만큼 重要한 人物이기 때문에서이다.;During the first half on 1900s, Korea and suffered from severe pressure and bitter trials from Japanese regine. Specially, Japanese vicious practices on Christianity was more severe than that of tyrant Nero in Rome. At this time an intensified and anti-missionary but national church-claiming movement gushed out. Churches of missionaries in those days recognize the movement as a heretic one. But in 1930s, supported by the diminution of influence of missionaries, the national church-claiming movement became prone to pro-Japanese. This is one of the most regrettable events in the history of forming national church in Korea, and simultaneously shows an aspect of Korean severe trials. In this situation, a great Christian advanted, who kept on persisting in anti-Japanese and anti-missionary line, and at last regrettably died a few months before Korea Liberation. His name is Kim, Kyo Shin(1901-1945). He sought and struggled for a way to live in Christianity. He is known as the creater of Korean Non-church Christianity, obeying as his only teacher Uchimurra, Kanzo who is also the creator on Non-church Christianity in Japan. As a non-church Christian his way had been rough and difficult. He insisted that the Bible and Chosun are published "The Bible Chosun" by himself. His non-church Christianity is involved in a conception against Western missionaries of then existed but not firmly settled churches, and his intrinsic intention was to supply Chosun with the Bibles. In this regard, it is reasonable that his sincere Christianity is national Christianity and that he is a national Christian rather than a non-church Christian.
