B2B에서 쇼핑몰 주문정보의 XML/EXCEL 변환기 구현

Abstract

인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰은 계속해서 늘어나고 있으며, 이에 따라 협력업체의 수 또한 늘어날 것이다. 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰은 소비자의 주문정보를 협력업체에게 신속, 정확하게 전달해 주어, 빠 르게 소비자에게 상품이 배송될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그래서 협력업체는 상품 생선업체나 배송업체에 주문 정보를 전달하기 위해 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰에서 전달해 준 주문정보를 데이터베이스화 되어 있는 협력업체는 주문정보 테이블에 수동 입력하고, EXCEL 정리 작업으로 업무 처리를 하는 협력업체는 생산업체나 배송업체에 주문정보를 생산업체별로 주문정보를 정리하거나, 배송업체별로 주문정보를 정리하는 등의 반복적인 EXCEL 정리 작업을 해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 주문 정보를 전달 해 주는 방법 중 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 홈페이지에서 협력업체의 아이디와 패스워드를 입력하여 주문정보를 확인하는 방법을 선택하여 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 주문정보를 데이터베이스의 주문정보 테이블에 자동 생성해 주는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰에서 제공하는 주문정보 웹페이지를 HTML 문서로 저장한다. 저장된 HTML 문서 안의 내용 중 주문 정보를 추출하여 바로 데이터베이스 주문정보 테이블에 적용하기도 하며, 추출된 주문정보를 XML/EXCEL 변환기 시스템을 이용하여 XML/EXCEL 파일로 생성 후 생성된 XML/EXCEL 파일을 이용하여 데이터베이스의 주문정보 테이블에 적용하는 B2B에서 쇼핑몰 주문정보의 XML/EXCEL 변환기 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이에 인터넷 상거래의 특징, 인터넷쇼핑몰의 현황등을 알아보고, 기존의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 정 산관리 시스템의 문제점을 파악하여 쇼핑몰 주문정보의 XML/EXCEL 변환기 시스템의 필요성을 제시한다. 또한 XML/EXCEL 변환기 시스템의 알고리즘고 설계도, 사용 된 모듈 구현을 설명하며, 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰에서 제공하는 주문정보 웹페이지를 HTML 문서로 생성한 후 쇼핑몰 주문정보 XML/EXCEL변환기 시스템에 대입, 실행시켜 봄으로써 효율성을 파악해 본다. 단 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 주문경보를 XML/EXCEL로 변환 시 필요한 주문정보는 다양하지만, 본 논문에서는 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰의 주문 정보 중 주문자정보, 수령인 정보, 상품정보를 추출한다. 하지만 그외 정보도 추가적으로 추출이 가능하다는 점을 미리 밝혀둔다. 또한 쇼핑몰 주문정보의 XML/EXCEL 변환 시스템은 주문 정보 뿐만 아니라 협력업체와 배송업체간의 배송 정보, 협력업체와 인터넷 전문 쇼핑몰 간의 결제정보 등에도 적용할 수 있는 시스템이 될 수 있다.;There are so many methods to deliver order list in the Internet shopping mall to supplier companies. The most widely used method is using web pages. The supplier companies print out the order list on the web pages and it is input into internal application software. This paper is focusing on the order list store & extracting. First, order list from web pages is saved as a HTML, document, and then it is extracted by analyzing the tag used in the document. The extracted document is converted into XML and Excel files. More over, the XML , Excel files and the extracted order list are saved on the order list table of database. It is implemented as "Converter XML/EXCEL for Shopping Mall Order List on B2B". This converter consists of four modules : Input module, Analysis module, Convert module and Save module. First, "Input Module" is to input codes needed on the converter and tag information for analyzing HTML. Second, "Analysis Module" is to extract the order list by analyzing HTML tag from HTML documents Third, "Convert Module" is to convert the extracted order list into XML and Excel files Fourth, "Save Module" is to insert the extracted order list, XML documents and Excel files into the order list table of database. This paper shows an algorithm for the XML/EXCEL converter, the relationship between the modules, architecture of the database, and methods for design and implementation for each module. Lastly, The implemented converter will be checked for efficiency by executing programs in accordance with suggested scenario and future needed investigations will be made.
