웹 기반 팀 프로젝트 관리 지원 시스템 설계 및 구현

Abstract

21세기 지식기반사회가 요구하는 새로운 인재를 양성하기 위해서는 창의력, 문제해결력, 의사소통 및 상호협동능력을 학습할 수 있는 교육의 패러다임의 전환이 요구되고, 단편적인 지식을 학생에서 전달하는 교수 방식에서 벗어나 학생들이 자유로운 탐색이나 정보수집 및 자기성찰을 할 수 있는 새로운 교수 방법에 관한 연구도 활발히 이뤄져야 한다. 우리나라 7차 교육과정에서도 팀 단위의 과제를 해결하도록 유도하여 집단적으로 평가하는 방법을 적용하도록 하고 있고, 과제를 수행해 나감으로써 공동 개발에 따르는 협동심, 책임감 등을 기르고 진행과정의 정보와 아이디어를 공유할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 이에 따라 프로젝트 학습이 지닌 잠재력을 효과적으로 적용하고 활용하기 위해 어느 정도 기본 소양 능력과 자기주도적 학습 능력을 갖춘 대학생들에게 동료 학생과 팀을 이룬 텀 프로젝트(Term-Project) 과제를 수행하도록 하고 있지만, 정작 대학생을 위한 프로젝트 학습 지원 시스템에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문을 위해 먼저 자기주도적 학습과 프로젝트 학습에 대한 문헌 연구와 일반적인 프로젝트 관리에 대한 조사 및 프로젝트 관리 도구에 실제 경험이 있는 대상자들을 통해 설문조사를 실시하고, 선행 연구 분석을 통해 시스템 설계의 방향을 정하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대학생을 위한 텀 프로젝트 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 대학생을 위한 텀 프로젝트 지원 시스템은 프로젝트 생성 및 관리, 마무리의 모든 과정을 학습자 스스로 주도적으로 수행하도록 모든 권한을 주며 학습자 개인을 위한 기능 위주의 시스템으로 설계 및 구현되었다.;For training new talented person to meet the need of the 21st century's knowledge-based society, the shift of education's paradigm is needed by which can learn initiativeness, ability to solve problems, cooperate and communicate, and a study to find out new way of the method of teaching have to be done, by which student can do more research freely, self-examination not the old method of teaching that only deliver odd bits of informations. Korea's 7th curriculum apply a group based assessment by guiding to solve team assignment. And by doing so, student share information and idea as well as responsibility and team spirit. So to use the potential of project learning effectively, university student who has some basic knowledge and self-oriented learning ability have chance to do Term-Project with colleagues. But little things done in project learning support system for ordinary university student. A self-oriented learning, review of documents about project learning, research about general project management and a conduct of questionnaire research to people who have experiences in project management tool were done for this master's thesis and direction of system design was done by preceding research analysis. So, this thesis proposes Term-Project support system for university student. The Term-Project for university student enables learner to have responsibility to be able to play an important role from the beginning to the end of project, and is also designed as function-centered system.
