고등학교 중국어 독해의 학습 실태 조사 및 지도방안

Abstract

최근 중국과의 교류가 활발해 지면서 중국관련 자료들을 쉽게 접할 수 있는데, 이는 모두 독해 기능을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 독해는 이미 학습된 언어지식을 활용하여 글을 읽고 내용을 이해하는 것으로, 대부분의 사람들이 중급 단계 이상이 되어야 독해가 가능하다고 여긴다. 하지만 학습자들은 책을 펴는 그 순간부터 문자를 접해 이미 독해를 하고 있는 것이다. 그리고 언어능력을 향상시키기 위해서 독해는 다른 언어기능과 함께 이루어져야 하므로, 초급 단계 학습자들에게도 중국어 독해 학습은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 중국어를 학습하는 고등학교 학습자들을 대상으로 중국어 독해 학습 실태를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 현재 중국어를 학습하는 고등학교 3학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 중국어 독해에 대한 견해를 알아보았다. 그리고 고등학교 학습자들이 중국어 독해를 하면서 영향을 받는 독해 요인을 한자·어휘·문장구조·속도 네 가지로 나누어 자세히 살펴보았다. 설문한 결과 학습자들은 한자와 어휘로 인해 중국어 독해에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 따라서 한자에 대한 부담감을 줄일 수 있는 방법을 중심으로 어휘, 문장구조, 속도 그리고 이해 능력을 높일 수 있는 중국어 독해 신장 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구가 고등학교 학습자들의 독해 학습에 도움이 되었으면 한다. 중국과의 교류가 활발한 지금, 많은 사람들이 중국어 학습 열풍에 뛰어 들고 있다. 이에 교육은 학습자들의 요구에 부합할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 따라서 중국어를 학습하는 초학자들이 단순한 문장 읽기에 그치지 않고, 독해를 통해 언어의 깊이가 이루어질 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.;The purpose of this thesis is to find out the difficulties that highschool students have in Chinese reading and present an effective teaching method to improve their reading comprehension ability. Actually The 7th Curriculum focuses on communication ability, mainly speaking and listening. so there are relatively not enough reading courses. But as soon as the leaners open the chinese textbook, they contact with each character and start the reading process immediately. so the reading comprehension is very important to the high school students. Therefore, through the research I investigated high school students' actual conditions of the reading. And according to the factors, I purpose the program which will be helpful to the guidance of chinese reading. Chapter Ⅰ describes the motivation and scope of this thesis. Chapter Ⅱreviews the theories about the definition of reading and the factors affecting reading. Chapter Ⅲ conducts the survey for high-school students about the factors affecting reading. Chapter Ⅳ suggests some guidelines for the factors affecting chinese reading based on the analysis on the results of the experiments. Finally, summary and some suggestions are presented in Chapter Ⅴ. I classified the factors affecting chinese reading into four sections ― character, vocabulary, sentence structure, reading speed. And the survey was done for 3rd grade high-school students. The result of research shows that most of the learners have the problems with chinese character and vocabulary. chinese character is the smallest unit of the chinese language and the learners are not familiar with that. Therefore, I try to find a solution for have to improve the quality of chinese reading focusing on vocabulary, sentence structure, speed and the ability of understanding. It is difficult for students to master all the skills of reading comprehension. It takes constant practice to develop this ability. I hope this thesis would be helpful to the learners of the chinese.
