생태주의적 관점에 의한 도시 가로공원 디자인 연구

Abstract

In recent a few decades, the development of human science and technology started to waste the earth's resources and pollute its environment. As a result, various kinds of environmental pollution is spreading with high speed in the whole world is spreading with high speed in the whole world is spreading with high speed in the whole world. There should be a new truning point of thinking as a new balance. In the ecological point of view, human beings can evolve interacting with environment. It is an ecological approach method to harmonize with human value and system by identifying the original vale and system of nature. By the ecological approach, not just by confirming to nature of rejecting it or restoring it, we can inprove human environment more effectively, The industrial revolution and the increase of urban population caused the physical expanisiion of the cities, and the reduction of natural elements became the problem of urban environment. Our nature in the city and exterior space has been reduced by the radical increase of urban population and the acceleration of urban industrialization, and irban environemtn has weaken our human life. Facing the complicated urban environment problem, the movement of pursuing to coexistand harmonize with nature gets strong and the demand of meeting with nature has also risen, to create fresh and affluent urban environment harmonized with nature, we should consider urban physical structure, social, economical plans as well as life style. Accordingly, with study has a purpose to examine the ecological concept and street environment through re-recognizing environment based on desirable ecology, and establish the process of ecological urban street plans which can correspond to human, social, and individual values. This study is proceeded by the method below. First, I examined the relationship between environment and human being, which is the background of the subject. Second, I described the problems of urban environment, and examined the apperance of ecology and its developing process. Third, to study ecological streets, I studied the concept of ecological city and the use of natureal resource andenergy. Fourth, I attempted an approach for design study considering the inter relationship between human being, environment, and space and environment-friendly design elements of recognizing the necessity and appropriateness of ecological street by the inspection of resouces and energy and approach to them. Firth, I suggested a resolving plan as a model case for design, and also as a model case for the design of ecological street space. Sixth, through the generalization and evaluation of the study results and the suggested model, I indentified the adequacy of this study and supplimented its defects. As a result, I could basically recognize the problems of modern human environment and prove that ecological approach as and improvement method of environment is the most secured and appropriate methodology. Also, this study has a meaning in that it suggested the theoretical approach to environmental design for the natual coexistence of human beings and environment.;최근 수십년 사이에 인간의 과학기술의 발달로 지구의 귀중한 자원을 낭비함과 동시에 혹사하고 환경을 파괴하기 시작하였다. 그 결과 온갖 환경 파괴가 맹렬한 속도로 온 지구로 번져가고 인류의 절반이상이 살고 있는 도시환경이 미적, 인간적 측면에서 점차로 황폐되어가고 있어 생태계의 균형이 깨지고 있다. 현재의 관습적이고 기계적이 미적관념에 의한 도시환경은 이런 복잡한 도시문제를 해결할 수 없다. 이런 부정적인 측면은 전체를 시스템적으로 보고 부단히 변화하는 역동성을 인정하는 생태적 세계관에서는 인간이 궁극적으로 환경과 함께 상호작용하며 조화를 이루어 진화한다고 본다. 산업혁명과 도시 인구의 증가는 도시의 양적 팽창을 가져오게 되었고 그로 인한 자연 요소의 감소는 도시 환경의 문제점이 되었다. 우리나라는 근대화의 과정에서 도시인구의 급증, 도시산업화의 가속화 등으로 도시내의 자연과 외부공간이 감소되어 가고 도시환경은 인간생활을 저해할 만큼 악화되어가고 있다. 이와같이 복잡해져 가는 도시의 환경문제에 직면해서 생활수준의 향상으로 정신의 풍요를 추구함에 따라 자연과의 공생과 조화를 추구하는 움직임이 강해지고 자연과 만남의 요구가 증가하게 되었다. 이런 쾌적하고 여유와 윤택함을 주며, 자연과 조화있는 도시환경을 창조하려면, 도시의 물리적 구조, 사회경제적 계획은 물론 생활양식을 함께 고려할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 올바른 생태주의에 입각한 환경에 대한 재인식을 통해 인간 생태주의적인 개념과 가로환경의 관련성을 고찰하고 자연의 질서 및 인간의 사회적, 개인적 가치에 부응할 수 있는 생태주의의 도시 가로계획 과정을 하는데 연구의 목적을 연구하고자 한다. 크게 다음과 같은 방법을 통해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 첫째, 주제의 배경인 환경보호 측면에서 양축을 이루고 있는 환경과 인간과의 관계성에 대해 고찰하였다. 둘째, 현재 발생되는 도시환경의 문제점에 대하여 원인과 의미를 밝히고 환경문제와 아울러 미래의 도시환경가치를 인식하고 해결점으로 제시되는 생태사상의 중요성을 인식한다. 셋째, 생태주의의 가로를 연구하기 위해 생태학적 세계관으로서의 전환의 필요성을 인식하고 생태도시의 개념과 자원, 에너지의 활용에 대해서 알아 본다. 넷째, 이러한 자원과 에너지에 대한 검토와 접근에 의해 생태주의의 가로공원을 위해 그에 관한 필요성을 인식하고 적합성을 적용하기 위한 자연친화적 디자인의 요소를 인간, 환경, 장소의 상관관계를 고찰하여 도시가로의 생태공원 디자인을 도입하고 실제 서울시 가로에 적용하여 적용가능성을 확대 시킨다. 다섯째, 디자인을 위한 모형사례로서 본 연구의 해결안을 제시하고 생태주의의 도시 가로공원 디자인을 위한 모형사례로서 본 연구의 해결안을 제시한다. 이와 같이 연구 결과, 현대 인간 환경의 문제점을 근본적으로 인식하게 되고 이러한 환경의 개선 방법으로 생태적인 접근이 인간과 환경을 위한 가장 적합하고 안정적인 방법론임을 입증할 수 있었다. 또한 인간과 환경의 상호 유기적인 공생을 위한 환경디자인의 이론적 접근과 디자인을 제시하였음에 그 의의를 둔다.
