번지기기법에 의한 선의 추상표현

Abstract

현대의 섬유예술은 이제 개별적인 장르로 인식되어지기 보다는 미술이라는 장(場)에 속한 한 방향으로의 섬유예술을 지향함이 옳을 것이다. 지금까지 섬유예술은 너무나도 다양하게 변모해 왔으며, 예술성과 공예성을 지닌 복수주의 입장을 표명하기도 했다. 또한 20세기의 추상미술의 흐름으로 새로운 형태의 기법과 표현들이 등장하게 되였다. 섬유예술에도 이러한 흐름의 영향으로 전통적인 기능주의에서 탈피하여 독자적인 양식에 따라 독특한 형태의 기법과 다양한 재료로써 표현의 폭을 넓혔으며, 예술가 자신을 형상화시키고 구체화하는 작업을 끊임없이 행하고 있다. 모든 미술의 공통점은 표현하려고 하는 예술가의 예술의욕에서부터 출발한다. 예술가는 자신의 본질적인 내면을 추구하고자 표현의 방법적인 면을 새로이 시도하는데 이러한 예술가의 표현은 자신의 일상의 삶속에서 축적되어진 경험을 바탕으로 지각되어져 왔던 의식적 수단을 통해서 형상화시키고, 자신을 표현의 근본대상으로 삼아 수많은 관계와의 연관속에서 자신의 조화를 추구하고, 세계 속에서 변화하는 자신을 표현의 모티브로써 나타내려는 것이다. 본 연구자의 작품연구는 끝없는 욕구를 물리적인 힘(구타선)을 가하여 제어함으로써 번지는 선을 통제하여 그 속에서 반복되는 자신의 일상적인 삶을 반복적인 번지기 선에 의하여 나타내려 하였다. 때론 획일적인 자신의 삶을 투영하기도 하고, 자유로운 삶을 추구하는 감성을 형상화시키고자 하였다. 본 연구자의 내적 감성(의도적인 선의 반복으로 나타난 형태)을 나타내고자 물 또는 염료에 의해 밀려가면서 하나의 선으로 모아지는 번지기 기법을 통해서 창작예술의 표현의 한 방법으로 제시하고자 한다. 번지기 기법은 천과 염료 또는 색상에 따라서 형태가 달리 나타나므로 실험을 통한 특성의 파악으로 적절한 표현을 행할 수 가 있다. 번지기 기법은 다양한 표현을 하기에는 한정적인 면이 드러나지만 다른 재료와 병행하면서 번지기 기법에 의해서만이 가능한 독특한 형태를 더욱 부각시킬 수가 있다. 여러가지 방법의 선택으로 표현의 폭을 넓힐 수가 있으므로 자신의 감성을 표현하기에 적절한 방법을 모색해야 한다. 본 연구자는 구타선을 가함으로 표현의 내용을 한층 더 부각시킬 수 있었으며, 색과 색들의 집적으로 깊이감을 나타내었다. 물과 염료에 의해서 선이 생성되고 그 위에 가해지는 선의 반복으로 그 이전의 선들은 묻혀지고 때론 소멸되어 자신의 일상의 기억들을 지우기도 한다. 이러한 생성과 소멸의 이원적인 양상이 바로 삶의 보편성을 가능케 하는 것이다. 본 연구자는 앞으로도 충실한 삶의 실재자로서 삶을 영위하고 창조적인 작품활동을 위해 지속적인 연구와 노력을 하고자 한다.;Mordern fiber art nowadays is not recognized as individual genre but it must direct to art as fiber art. The fiber art has been changed variously until today and also it is expressed as the plural number with artifical and technological art. And also new type of technique and expression according to the tendency of 20 century's abstract art. According to the above influence to fiber art, it tried to escape from its traditional functionism and aimed to independent type and style as unique techniques and using various materials and then expanded its expression range more widely forming artist itself concretely and they continued their efforts. It starts from artist's artificial desire to express as common points. Artist usually their expressive method to pursue their own essential internal view, these artist's expression are accumulated in their daily lifebased on their experience and they from through their consciousness means and they selest themselves as the object of the expression and they pursue their harmony from the their essential objects and they express their own shape in the world. The study of this author tried to control the unlimited desire by adding physical power(Gutta line) and tried to express on its repeated line through their daily life. Sometimes they tried to reflect their own uniform life and tried to form their emotional sense pursuing their free life. To express the author's inside emotion (intended to express as repeated lines) using the water and dyes using the technique of one line collected, hereby I suggest it as a expressive way of the creative art. Spreading technique shows various color type according to the color, therefore its suitable expression will be avaliable through the identification of the feature by experiments. The spreading technique has limitation to display various expression, but it can show unique type through the spreading technique and it can be developed more in the future. To express their own emotions, other suitable method must be studied because the range of expression can be broaden through various method. The study can display more faithful contents through the adding of physical power(Gutta line) and tried to display its depth using various colors. The line is formed by dyes and added repeating lines on it, former line will be disappeared and their daily rememberance can be eliminated, too. This production and extinction make available our common life as dualism feature. The purpose of this study is to have our faithful life and also we will continue the study for more creative art activities in the future.
