유비쿼터스 시대의 한국 아파트 모형 개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

한국사회의 대표적 주거형태인 아파트는 소비자 생활의 요구와 필요에 따라서 변형되어 왔으며, 변화하는 소비자 즉 인간의 그 시대 생활을 표현하는 중요한 수단이 되어왔다. 이러한 아파트는 몇 년 전부터 그 형태에 있어 획일화라는 문제와 함께 입주자들의 생활수준 향상과 이에 따른 다양한 주생활 패턴, 소비자 욕구를 충족시키지 못한다는 문제가 부각되기 시작하였고, 이에 따라 주택업계는 변화하는 소비자의 니즈에 따라 아파트의 쾌적성과 편리성, 커뮤니티 기능을 포함한 좀 더 여유로운 분위기의 공동주택인 고급빌라와 첨단 설비와 보안 시스템 기능이 있는 주상복합주택, 그리고 이러한 주거형태의 등장과 함께 여전히 한국사회의 대표적 공동주택형태인 아파트의 고급화와 상품의 다양화 등이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 아파트의 트랜드 변화는 크게 정보화의 흐름인 유비쿼터스와 가변형 그리고 웰빙의 세 영역으로 나누어 볼 수 있으며 각각이 요구하는 디자인적 요소를 도출해내는 것이 필요하다. 초기의 우리나라 아파트 공간과 현재 아파트 공간을 비교했을 때, 외부적으로는 공적인 커뮤니티 시설이 강화되고 있으며, 테마공원이나 산책길과 같은 자연공간이 많아지고 있다. 또한 내부적으로는 개인의 생활을 보다 편리하게 보낼 수 있는 첨단화의 길을 걷고 있다. 앞으로는 아파트라는 주어진 공간 안에서 주거, 놀이, 쇼핑, 학습, 작업, 교통, 휴식 등 다양한 활동을 즐길 수 있다. 또한 단기적으로는 계절의 변화나 개인의 취미의 변화 그리고 장기적으로는 가족의 분가와 같은 변화들을 공간이 유동적으로 수용할 수 있게 될 것이다. 하지만 이러한 변화들은 무엇보다도 거주자의 특성과 공간에 대한 이해를 기반으로 건축적으로 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경을 기반으로 가변형과 웰빙의 개념을 포함한 평면을 제시한다. 서로 다른 조건의 두 세대를 통해 그들의 생활에 따라 변화하는 공간과 시스템들을 이해하고, 가변형 중심의 테크놀로지와 건축적 공간의 효율적인 결합을 제안하고자 한다.;An apartment, which is a Korean typical residence, is changed according to the consumer's needs and social change. In the past, apartments have been uniform in shape so it can't satisfy the consumer's needs and life cycle anymore. According to these problems, many construction companies make an attempt to develop a more convenient and diverse atmosphere in the apartment. The purpose of this study was to research Korean apartment model developments in the Ubiquitous environment. The important aspect is space element in the Ubiquitous system, as well as flexibility system and well-being space. In comparison with the early apartments, space organization has changed a great deal. Space is needed for the intelligence and ultramodern. In the very near future, we can experience shopping, study, work and rest all in the same space. We can change the space according to the weather, hobby and family members. By creating an entertaining and dramatic user interface. Ubiquitous environment can be utilized. So this research mainly focused to introduce the Korean apartment model, which will increase the quality of human being's life and satisfy their life's convenience. In the first chapter, the backgrounds, purpose, methodology and scope of the research are described. In chapter two as an investigation step to research, introduction, conversion and development status of the Ubiquitous environment are considered. It is dealt with Korean apartment changing process and the newly space change in the 21st century. In chapter three, the Ubiquitous system, Flexibility system, and Well-Being space plays an important element in the 21st century apartment, where space is explained. According to each study, models of living space elements are presented. In chapter four, the new apartment model is presented to the modeling factor. As various types, alternatives to the living space are designed going through this process, which are fitted to the individual scenarios and system, which are presented. In chapter five, the conclusion to this research, it is presented the important elements requiring the 21st century Korean apartment space.
