dc.description.abstractNatural products have been a potential and significant source of new drug discovery and development. In particular, halophytes and marine microorganisms can be considerable assets of abundant natural products with diverse biological activities. In this study, two marine-derived microorganisms and a halophyte were investigated for their chemical components to discover natural products with biological activities. From this study, three new compounds (3) were isolated from marine-derived fungi Acremonium sp. CNQ-049, and one previously reported peptide (4) was isolated from marine-derived Bacillus hwajinponesis SNC-135. Furthermore, one known compound (5) was isolated from a halophyte Spergularia marina (L.) Griseb. The chemical structures of new natural products (1-3) were established using extensive MS, UV, and NMR spectroscopic data analysis, while chemical structures of known compounds (4-5) were identified from the comparison of NMR data to those of reported ones.;천연물은 계속해서 새로운 의약품의 발견과 개발의 잠재적이고 중요한 원천이 되어오고 있다. 특히 염생식물과 해양미생물은 다양한 생리활성을 가진 천연물의 상당한 자산이 된다. 본 연구에서는 두 종류의 해양유래 미생물과 염생식물로부터 그들의 화학 성분과 생물학적 활성을 조사하여 해양유래 곰팡이 Acremonium sp. CNQ-049로부터 3개의 신규물질 (1-3)을, 해양유래 바실러스 SNC-135로부터 기존에 보고되었던 펩타이드 (4)를 분리하였다. 또한 Spergularia marina (L.) Griseb으로부터 한 개의 알려진 천연물질 (5)을 분리하였다. 신규물질 (1-3)의 화학구조는 MS, UV, 그리고 NMR 분석에 의해 결정하였으며 알려진 천연물 (4-5)의 화학구조는 기존에 보고되었던 NMR과의 비교를 통해 확인하였다.-
