무엇이 레즈비언들을 창업의 길로 이끌었는가?

Abstract

본 연구는 레즈비언 창업의 가능성을 높이는 요인이 무엇인지 주로 토론하였다. 관련 푸시-풀 이론(Push-Pull Theory)과 여성 창업 요인을 비교한 결과, 차별이 레즈비언 창업을 촉진하는 요인으로 작용한다고 생각한다. 조직에서 레즈비언은 성별과 성적 지향에 따른 차별을 직면할 수 있다. 조직에서 성별이나 성적 지향 차별을 경험한다면 이런 직업 발달의 장벽을 허물기 위해서 창업을 통해 직업 발전과 동성애 신분의 공개적인 자유를 추구하도록 독려할 수 있다. 우리는 중국 레즈비언 561명을 대상으로 가설을 테스트하였다. 성차별, 성적 지향 차별과 창업 가능성의 관계를 예측한다. 우리의 연구 결과에 따르면, 성차별이나 성적 지향 차별이 레즈비언 창업을 촉진하는 요인 (Push Factor)으로 작용한다는 것을 보여준다. 성차별 측면에서의 연 소득 (Pull Factor)은 성차별과 창업 가능성 사이의 관계를 유의하게 조절하지 않는다는 분석 결과가 나왔다. 즉 연소득이 높은 레즈비언은 성차별을 당했을 때 창업을 할 수도 있고 안 할 수도 있다. 그러나 성적 지향 측면에서의 연 소득은 성적 지향 차별과 창업 가능성 사이의 관계를 유의하게 조절하였다. 연소득이 높은 레즈비언들이 성적 지향 차별을 받을 때 창업에 나설 가능성은 낮다.;This study mainly discussed factors that increase the likelihood of lesbian entrepreneurship. As a result of comparing the related push-pull theory and factors for women's entrepreneurship, we believe that discrimination acts as a factor promoting lesbian entrepreneurship. In organizations, lesbians may face discrimination based on gender and sexual orientation. If lesbians experienced gender or sexual orientation discrimination in an organization, which can encourage lesbians to pursue career advancement and freedom of disclosure of their homosexual status through entrepreneurship to break down these barriers to career advancement. We tested our hypothesis using a sample of 561 Chinese lesbians. Predicting the relationship between gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, and the likelihood of entrepreneurship. Our research results show that gender discrimination and sexual orientation discrimination act as push factors for lesbian entrepreneurship. And according to the results of the analysis, in terms of gender discrimination, annual income (pull factor) did not significantly moderate the relationship between gender discrimination and the possibility of entrepreneurship. However, in terms of sexual orientation, annual income significantly moderated the relationship between sexual orientation discrimination and the likelihood of entrepreneurship.
