간호대학생의 메타인지, 디지털 리터러시, 도덕적 민감성이 인공지능 윤리의식에 미치는 영향

Abstract

최근 인공지능 기술이 발달하면서 의료계에서도 인공지능 기술 활용에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 추후 간호 교육 및 간호 업무에서도 인공지능 기술 활용이 확대될 가능성이 높다. 하지만 인공지능 활용 시에는 윤리적 문제가 뒤따르기 때문 에 인공지능을 활용하기에 앞서 높은 윤리의식이 요구된다. 따라서 차세대 간호를 이끌 간호대학생의 인공지능 윤리의식에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 메타인지, 디지털 리터러시, 인공지능 윤리의식이 인공지능 윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 전국 간호학과에 재학 중인 만 18세 이상의 간호대학생 141명 을 대상으로 편의추출하였고, 자료수집은 2023년 11월 30일부터 12월 4일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 시행되었다. 연구도구는 메타인지 검사 도구, 디지털 리터러시 도구, Ethical Sensitivity Scale for Clinical Nurses, Test for Artificial Intelligence Ethics Awareness로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 29.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 각각 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé post hoc, Pearson‘s correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 대상자의 메타인지 수준은 5점 만점에 평점 4.09±0.37점, 디지털 리터러시 수준은 평점 4.00±0.46점, 도덕적 민감성은 평점 4.25±0.30점, 인공지능 윤리의식은 3.39±0.32점으로 확인되었다. 2. 대상자의 인공지능 윤리의식은 종교 유무(t=-2.180, p=.031), 인공지능 관련 교육 경험 유무(t=-3.044, p=.003)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 3. 대상자의 인공지능 윤리의식은 메타인지(r=.219, p=.009), 디지털 리터러시 (r=.303, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(r=.270, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 4. 대상자의 인공지능 윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 변수는 도덕적 민감성(β =.227, p=.042)인 것으로 나타났고 변수의 설명력은 10.9%인 것으로 확인되 었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해 간호대학생의 메타인지, 디지털 리터러시, 도덕적 민감성이 인공지능 윤리의식과 양의 상관관계에 있으며 도덕적 민감성은 인공 지능 윤리의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 본 연구의 설명력이 낮으므로 간호대학생의 인공지능 윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 다른 변인에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 추후 인공지능 윤리 교육 프로그램의 개발을 비롯하여 인공지능 윤리 교육 프로그램이 인공지능 윤리 의식에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 할 것을 제안한다. ;This study is aimed to provide fundamental data for education about improving nursing students' artificial intelligence ethical awareness by identifying the impact of metacognition, digital literacy and moral sensitivity of nursing students on artificial intelligence ethical awareness. Data collection was conducted from November 30 to December 4, 2023. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 29.0 statistical program using real numbers, percentages, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé post hoc, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The participants' metacognition level was 4.09±0.37 out of 5, the digital literacy level was 4.00±0.46, Moral sensitivity was found to be above average with a rating of 4.25±0.30. 2. The participants’ ethical awareness of artificial intelligence was confirmed to be 3.39 ± 0.32 out of 5. There was a significant difference in artificial intelligence ethical awareness depending on whether or not there was religion (t=-2.180, p =.031) and whether or not there was educational experience related to artificial intelligence (t=-3.044, p =.003). 3. The participants’ artificial intelligence ethical awareness was metacognition (r=.219, p=.009), digital literacy (r=.303, p <.001), and moral sensitivity (r=.270, p <.001). It was confirmed that there was a significant positive correlation between those variables. 4. The variable affecting the subject's artificial intelligence ethical awareness was moral sensitivity (β =.227, p =.042), and the explanatory power of the variable was confirmed to be 10.9%. It was confirmed that nursing students' metacognition, digital literacy , and moral sensitivity are positively correlated with artificial intelligence ethical awareness, and moral sensitivity has a significant impact on artificial intelligence ethical awareness. In order to improve the moral sensitivity of nursing students, figuring out improving ethical competency is needed. In addition, to conduct research on developing education programs of artificial intelligence ethics and the impact of artificial intelligence ethics education programs on artificial intelligence ethics awareness is proposed.
