사회적 자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 자본이 혁신행동과의 관계에서 어떠한 역할을 하는지 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 주요 발견이 있었다. 첫째, 사회적 자본이 혁신행동, 일의 의미, 무형식 학습에 모두 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것이 확인되었다. 특히, 사회적 자본이 높을수록 혁신행동과 일의 의미, 무형식 학습이 각각 높아지는 경향이 있었다. 둘째, 매개효과 분석을 통해 사회적 자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향이 무형식 학습과 일의 의미를 매개로 이루어진다는 것이 확인되었다. 이에 따라, 사회적 자본이 혁신행동을 촉진하는 과정에서 무형식 학습과 일의 의미가 중요한 역할을 한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 더불어, 일의 의미와 무형식 학습이 순차적으로 사회적 자본과 혁신행동 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 사회적 자본이 혁신행동에 미치는 복잡한 영향 과정을 보여주며, 혁신행동을 이해하고 촉진하기 위해서는 사회적 자본 외에도 여러 변수들이 복합적으로 작용한다는 점을 강조한다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적 자본의 중요성과 그것이 혁신행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 깊은 이해를 제공하며, 혁신행동 촉진 전략 수립에 중요한 통찰을 제공한다.;The purpose of the study The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of social capital in its relationship with innovative behavior, and the following key findings were obtained. Firstly, it was confirmed that social capital significantly influences innovative behavior, the meaning of work, and informal learning. Notably, as social capital increases, there is a tendency for innovative behavior, the meaning of work, and informal learning to also increase. Secondly, through mediation effect analysis, it was verified that the influence of social capital on innovative behavior occurs through the mediation of informal learning and the meaning of work. Consequently, it can be concluded that in the process of enhancing innovative behavior, informal learning and the meaning of work play a crucial role. Furthermore, it was revealed that the meaning of work and informal learning sequentially mediate the relationship between social capital and innovative behavior. These results depict the intricate influence process of social capital on innovative behavior and emphasize that for understanding and promoting innovative behavior, various factors, apart from social capital, work in tandem. The results of this study provide a profound understanding of the significance of social capital and how it impacts innovative behavior, offering critical insights for formulating strategies to boost innovative behavior.
