Despite being the key labor force and being essential to the livelihood of a large rural population, rural women often face challenges due to gender bias and poverty. The study focuses on the positive impacts of microfinance projects implemented by NGOs on the economic development and empowerment of rural women, especially in the mountainous province of Thai Nguyen. It assesses women's participation in these projects and their effects on income, also examining the obstacles that rural women encounter in participating in these projects. The study aims to offer policy suggestions that can enhance women's income and contribute to poverty reduction in rural areas, arguing that, despite various barriers, microfinance projects are instrumental in increasing the income levels of women in rural areas, thereby strengthening their empowerment within their families.;농촌 인구의 중요한 노동력이자 생계를 유지하는 데 필수적임에도 불구하고, 농촌 여성들은 종종 성별 편견과 빈곤으로 인해 도전을 마주하고 있습니다.
