서울시 골목상권 매출 분석

Abstract

2019년 12월 말 처음 보고된 코로나19는 높은 전파력으로 급속히 전 세계로 확산되면서 각국의 경제와 산업을 위축시켰다. 2020년 1월 국내 첫 확진자가 발생한 이후 사회적 거리두기 정책이 시행됨에 따라 사적인 모임과 외출이 제한되면서 많은 상권이 매출에 큰 타격을 입었다. 주거지역이 밀집된 지역의 좁은 도로를 따라 형성되는 골목상권의 경제적 피해 정도는 업종별로 다를 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 서울시 골목상권을 대상으로 코로나19 발병 전후의 매출 변화를 지역과 업종별로 살펴보고자 한다. 분기별 업종별 점포당 평균매출을 행정동 단위로 지도에 시각화 하여 코로나19가 골목상권 매출에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이후 선형회귀와 머신러닝을 이용하여 점포당 평균 매출 예측 모델링을 진행하여 모델 간의 성능을 비교하고 매출에 영향을 미치는 변수를 파악하였다.;COVID-19, which was first reported at the end of December 2019, rapidly spread around the world with high transmission power, shrinking each country's economy and industry. Since the country's first confirmed case occurred in January 2020, many commercial districts have been hit by restrictions on private gatherings and outings as social distancing policies have been implemented. This study aims to examine the changes in sales before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 in the alley trade areas of Seoul by region and industry. After that, using linear regression and machine learning, average sales prediction modeling was conducted to compare performance between models and identify variables that affect sales.
