노인 유튜버 동영상 댓글 분석을 통한 노인에 대한 인식과 태도 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 노인 유튜버에 대한 시청자의 인식과 태도 분석을 통해 세대 갈등의 원인을 분석하고, 개선의 실마리를 찾아 노년층과 젊은 세대의 공존과 조화를 이룰 수 있는 사회를 위한 가능성 및 시사점을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 구독자 수를 기준으로 개인이 직접 혹은 가족과 함께 출연하는 총 10인의 노년층 유튜버를 선정하여 각 유튜버별 인기 동영상 10개 총 100편의 동영상 댓글(총 31,297)을 추출하였으며 전처리 과정을 거친 후 빈도분석과 워드 클라우드(Word Cloud), LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽모델링, 의미연결망 분석(Semantic Network Analysis)을 수행했다. LDA 토픽 모델링을 통해 시니어 유튜버가 시청자로부터 전달받은 댓글의 유형을 분류해 본 결과 <시니어 유튜버가 전달한 정보에 대해 평가와 제안하는 댓글>, <긍정 경험을 표현하는 댓글>, <시니어 유튜버의 삶을 내면화하는 댓글> 총 세 가지 토픽으로 분류되었다. 또한 노인 유튜버에 대한 시청자의 인식을 살펴본 결과, ‘좋다’,‘귀엽다’등 젊은 세대의 시청자들이 노인 유튜버에게 다양한 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있다는 것을 파악할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 노인 유튜버에 대한 시청자의 태도 분석을 위해 온라인 사회적 지지 관련 표현을 추출한 결과, 온라인에서 나타나는 사회적 지지의 구성요인을 확인한 선행연구들과 동일하게 4가지 구성요인(존중·정서적 지지, 동반자적 지지, 물질적 지지, 정보적 지지)을 가진 온라인 사회적 지지가 확인되었다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 세대 갈등 해결을 위한 실마리를 찾아 노년층과 젊은 세대의 공존과 조화를 이룰 수 있는 사회를 위한 가능성 및 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.;The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of generational conflict through the analysis of viewers' perceptions and attitudes toward elderly YouTubers, find clues for improvement, and suggest possibilities and implications for a society in which the elderly and younger generations can coexist and harmonize. For this purpose, a total of 10 elderly YouTubers who appear on the air by themselves or with their families were selected based on the number of subscribers, and 100 video comments (31,297 in total) were extracted from 10 popular videos of each YouTuber. After preprocessing, frequency analysis, word cloud, LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) topic modeling, semantic network analysis were applied. The results of this study showed that, first, LDA topic modeling was used to classify the types of comments received by senior YouTubers from viewers, which were classified into three topics: comments that evaluate and suggest information delivered by senior YouTubers, comments that express positive experiences, comments that internalize the lives of senior YouTubers. and . Second, we examined viewers' perceptions of senior YouTubers and found that younger viewers have various positive perceptions of senior YouTubers, such as "nice", "cute", and "nostalgic". Finally, we extracted expressions related to online social support to analyze viewers' attitudes toward elderly YouTubers, and found that online social support has four components (respect/emotional support, companionship support, material support, and informational support), which are the same as previous studies that have identified the components of online social support. Based on the above results, this study aimed to analyze the causes of generational conflict, find clues for resolving generational conflict, and suggest possibilities and implications for a society where the elderly and younger generations can coexist and harmonize.
