Johannes Brahms의 Violin Sonata No.1 in G Major Op.78에 대한 연구

Abstract

독일 낭만주의시대의 대표적인 작곡가인 요하네스 브람스(Johannes Brahms, 1833–1897)는 고전주의시대 이후 자유로운 음악형식을 추구하던 낭만주의시대에서 고전주의음악의 형식을 추구하던 작곡가이다. 브람스의 음악은 부드럽고 서정적인 선율과 악장간 자유로운 조성, 다양하고 복잡한 리듬형, 따뜻한 음색이 담겨 낭만주의의 특성을 보여주지만, 형식이나 구조적인 면에서는 고전주의 음악의 특성을 가지고 있다. 「Violin Sonata No.1 in G Major, Op.78」작품은 악장 간 모티브와 선율, 리듬형 대한 모방이 나타나며, 이를 통해 악장간 유기적 연결에 대한 의도를 볼 수 있다. 제3악장에는 브람스의 가곡 ‘Regenslied(비의 노래) Op.59 No.3’의 주제적인 음악적 흐름과 리듬적인 분위기를 인용하여 작곡하였는데, 이러한 형태는 브람스의 작곡특징 중 하나이다. 본 논문은 브람스의 작품「Violin Sonata No.1 in G Major, Op.78」에 대한 연구로, 낭만주의음악의 특징과 브람스의 생애, 고전시대의 기악 소나타의 특징을 바탕으로 작품의 구조와 형식에 대한 분석과, 선율형, 리듬형, 음형을 중심으로 작품에 대한 연구를 목표로 한다.;This dissertation is a study of Johannes Brahms' work, Violin Sonata No. 1 in G Major, Op.78, and aims to analyze the structure and form of the work based on the background of the Romantic era, J. Brahms' life, and the characteristics of instrumental sonatas in the classical era, and to study the work. Through “Violin Sonata No. 1 in G Major, Op. 78”, the researcher tried to improve the understanding of the song by briefly summarizing the characteristics of romantic music, J. Brahms' life, the characteristics of classical sonatas, and the background of the work. In particular, the third movement of this work is characterized by a direct quotation of the musical flow and rhythmic atmosphere of J. Brahms' song, “Regenslied (Rain song) Op.59 No.3”, and the third movement analyzed the similarity between the musical flow and the rhythmic atmosphere shown in the song. On the other hand, it was considered that direct citations were not prominent in the first and second movements, so the movement was separated from the characteristics of the song and analyzed each movement independently. J. Brahms' musical characteristics were studied, which attempted an organic connection between each movement through the use of the rhythm type and melody type, continuous imitation, pulling sound, and dotted rhythm. On the other hand, J. Brahms' classical composition in this work is that it has a classical sonata form with a three-movement structure of "fast movement-slow movement-fast movement," which was found to have a sonata-Allegro form in the first movement, a slow-tempo three-part form in the second movement, and a Rondo form in the third movement.
