노인 요양 관련 중국 사회적 기업의 운영 및 관리 경험

Abstract

본 연구는 노인 요양 관련 중국 사회적 기업의 관리자의 운영 및 관리 경험을 통해서 중국 사회적 기업의 설립배경, 노인 요양 내용, 운영 및 관리 과정, 운영상의 어려움, 사회적 기업의 향후 계획, 정책지원 등을 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하는 질적 연구이다. 본 연구의 연구 참여 대상 기업은 성장단계별로 선정 – 성장단계 1곳, 성숙단계 2곳 – 하여 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 연구 참여 동의를 받고 세 기업에서 각각 기업설립자나 관리자 2명 총 6명이 본 연구 심층 인터뷰에 참여하였다. 분석을 위해서 각 기업에 대한 분석적 메모 달기를 통해 코딩작업을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업들이 제공하는 노인 요양의 궁극적인 비전은 노인들이 더 건강하고 변리하게 살기를 바라는 것 나타났다. 전통적인 노인 요양 방식을 스마트 노인 요양 방식으로 전환하는 것은 미래 노인 요양 발전의 방향으로 나타났다. 더 많은 융자와 상장을 얻어 노인 요양 관련 사회적 기업이 더 큰 사회적 영향력을 갖게 하는 것도 각 중국이 노인 요양 관련 사회적 기업의 장기적인 발전 목표이다. 노인 요양 관련 중국 사회적 기업의 발전 기간이 비교적 짧아서 본 연구를 통하여 노인 요양 관련 사회적 기업의 지속성장을 위해 필요한 제도와 조직운영에 대한 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. ;This study aims to understand the establishment background, pension content, operation and management process, operational difficulties, future plans and policy support of social enterprises in China through the operation and management experience of Chinese social enterprise managers in pension. The enterprises to be studied in this study are selected according to the growth stage - one in the growth stage and two in the mature stage - for research. Upon consent to participate in the study, three enterprises have two founders or managers respectively, and a total of six people participate in in-depth interviews in this study. For analysis, the coding work is carried out by carrying out analytical notebooks for each enterprise. The results of this study show that the ultimate vision of the elderly care services provided by enterprises is to hope that the elderly can live a healthier and more convenient life. Changing the traditional way of providing for the elderly into a smart way of providing for the elderly is the direction of the future development of the elderly care. More financing and listing will enable social enterprises involved in providing for the elderly to have greater social influence, which is also the long-term development goal of social enterprises involved in providing for the elderly in China The enterprise has been developing for a short time, so it is hoped that this study can provide necessary basic information on system and organization operation for the sustainable development of social enterprises participating in the elderly care.
