한·중 요청 및 거절 화행 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the dialogic strategies of Korean native speakers and Chinese native speakers about request, refusal and Continuously request- refusal and the differences between them. In the first chapter, this paper introduces the theoretical background of request dialogue behavior and refusal dialogue behavior, and studies the request dialogue behavior and the response to the request dialogue behavior; Secondly, it studies the behavior of refusing dialogue and the way of refusing request. Based on the above theoretical background, this paper continues to study whether the use of language expression will change according to the social variables, mainly considering three social variables: interest relationship, social status and intimacy. This paper investigates 30 Korean native speakers and 30 Chinese native speakers ,designs 24 questions and selects 12 of them for investigation based on the DCT questionnaire, The respondents covered the age between 20 and 50 years old, and the questionnaire containes the social causes of concern. Chi square test is performed on the obtained data, and comparative analysis is carried out in the form of chart, and finally it obtains the corresponding results and conclusions. Foreign language learners need to improve their communication ability through practical communication after mastering grammar or sentence structure, The research results of this paper can help Chinese people who are learning Korean or Korean people who are learning Chinese to better understand each other's culture and daily communication habits, by analyzing the similarities and differences of request and refusal between Korean and Chinese.;한국과 중국은 같은 동아시아 문화권에 속하기에 언어적 공통점이 많으나 한·중 양국의 생활환경, 가치관, 사고방식 등의 차이로 인해 언어적 차이점 역시 존재한다. 그중 요청 화행과 거절 화행은 일상생활에서 자주 발생하고 잘 처리하지 못할 시 대인관계에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있는 화행 표현이다. 따라서 본 연구는 한국어 모어 화자와 중국어 모어 화자를 대상으로 진행한 담화 완성형 테스트를 통해 한·중 요청 화행과 거절 화행 및 요청-거절 화행을 비교하여 기술하고, 둘 사이에 어떠한 공통점과 차이점이 있는지 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 본고에서는 분석의 연구 대상을 구체적으로 설정하고 담화 완성형 테스트 방법을 이용하여 소개하였다. 연구 대상으로는 20대~40대 한국어 모국어 화자 남녀 각 15명과 중국어 모국어 화자 남녀 각 15명, 총 60명을 선정하였다. 담화 완성형 테스트는 친소관계, 상하 관계, 이익 관계 등의 요인을 고려한 12개 상황으로 설정되어 진행되었다. 본 연구의 구성을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1장에서는 연구 목적 및 필요성, 선행연구, 연구 대상 및 연구 방법 등을 소개한다. 선행연구는 주제에 따라 요청 화행과 거절 화행 및 인접쌍에 관한 연구로 나누어서 검토하였다. 2장에서는 본 연구의 이론적 배경을 소개한다. 우선 화행 이론에 관해 설명한 뒤 요청 화행과 거절 화행의 정의와 관련 전략 분석 틀을 정리하였다. 그다음 인접쌍의 개념을 소개하였다. 3장에서는 담화 완성형 테스트에 따른 한국어와 중국어 요청 화행, 거절 화행, 요청-거절 화행에 대한 비교를 통해 한국어와 중국어 요청 화행, 거절 화행, 요청-거절 화행의 언어적·문화적 차이점, 유사점을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로 4장에서는 연구의 논의를 요약한 후 결론을 내리고, 본 연구의 의의를 밝혔다. 본 연구는 한국어 또는 중국어 학습자가 요청 화행과 그에 따른 거절 화행을 정확하게 사용하도록 함으로써 원활한 의사소통이 가능하도록 도울 것이다. 나아가 본 연구가 오랜 역사를 함께한 이웃 나라인 한·중 양국이 상대방의 문화에 대해 더욱 이해하도록 돕는 기초 자료로서 작용할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
