Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the use of music at the homes of children with severe and multiple disabilities and primary caregivers' perceptions of its benefits. Method: The participants were 48 primary caregivers of children with severe and multiple disabilities who completed the online survey. Results: The results showed that primary caregivers have considerably used music at home with their child, primarily using music listening and the child's preferred music. They perceived that such use of music with the child at home was beneficial for their own emotional stability as well as that of their children. In addition, their perceptions on the level and type of benefits of music for their child and themselves varied depending on the communication level of their child. Conclusion: This study presents the implications of supporting the families of these children who use music at their homes. © 2022 Seorim. All rights reserved.*
