직업재활 지적장애 성인의 상황중심 의사소통 노래 활동 개발

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 직업상황에서 필요한 의사소통기술의 어려움을 이해하고 선행연구 고찰을 통해 지적장애인의 어려움을 파악한뒤, 이들의 직업적 상황에서 실제적으로 필요한 의사소통 기술들을 관련 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 검토하여 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 특성이 고려된 효과적인 의사소통기술의 적용방식을 파악한 상황중심 의사소통 노래 활동을 개발하는 것이다. 활동 개발을 위해 먼저, 기존의 문헌을 고찰하여 직업재활 지적장애 성인 의 특성을 이해하고, 관련 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 직업적 상황에서 필요한 의사소통기술의 표현들을 파악하여 직업재활 지적장애 성인을 위한 상황중심 의사소통 노래 부르기 활동을 개발하고 타당도를 검증하였다. 개발한 활동은 타당성 확보를 위해 음악치료 전문가 2인에게 타당도 검증을 의뢰하였으며 음악중재 전문가 자격을 소지한 경력 8년 이상의 박사학력 전문가 1인과 경력 4년이상의 박사학력 전문가 1인에게 검증을 실시하였다. 전문가의 평가영역은 활동 구성 및 내용의 적합성, 진행구조, 현장 적용 가능성에 관한 문항으로 구성된 5점 척도와 활동 전반의 종합적인 의견 서술 문항으로 제작되었다. 개발된 활동의 특징은 첫째, 직업적 상황에서 필요한 실제적인 의사소통 기술을 파악하여 그 기술을 촉진하는 단계별 절차와 유형으로 구성된 노래부르기 활동을 제시한 점이다. 둘째, 의사소통기술의 구성요인과 노래부르기 활동, 음악 논거와 타당화된 활동을 제시하였다. 셋째, 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 사회적 특성을 고려하여 난이도 조절과 세부적인 구조화 전략을 통해 현장 적용 가능성을 높인 활동으로 개발하였다. 검증 결과 평균은 4.0점으로 배점되었다. 문항별 평가를 보면 변인에 대한 타당성의 평균점수는 4점으로 배점하였으며, 방법에 대한 타당성의 평균점수는 5점, 구성 및 형태에 대한 평균점수는 4.0점, 전체 활동 구성에 대한 평균점수는 3.8점, 활동 목표에 대한 평균점수는 3.8점, 활동 내용에 대한 평균점수는 3.8점으로 배점하였다. 검증에서 전문가들이 제안한 의견은 첫째, 상황중심 의사소통 노래부르기 활동이 가지고 있는 중재의 특성이 더 드러나야 할 것이라고 제안하였다. 둘째, 활동에서 내담자의 특성이 잘 드러나도록 수정할 것을 제안하였다. 셋째, 활동 시간 동안 달성할 수 있는 핵심 목표를 명확히 요약하여 제시하여야 함을 제안하였다. 넷째, 활동 내용 대한 구체적인 의견으로는 의사소통기술 향상이라는 목표에 맞게 음악적 요인이 구조화되어야 함을 제안했다. 이를 반영하여 활동을 수정 및 보완하였고 본 활동을 완성하였다. 본 연구는 활동을 개발 및 타당도 검증까지를 연구의 범위로 설정하였고, 음악중재 전문가의 검증에 의해 타당성을 확보하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 상황중심 의사소통 노래부르기 활동은 직업재활 지적장애 성인의 의사소통기술을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.;The purpose of this study was to understand the difficulties concerning the communication skills required in occupational situations for adults in vocational rehabilitation. The study also aimed to identify the difficulties for people with intellectual disabilities and review them through interviews with related experts. Concerning the development of activities, the existing literature was reviewed in order to understand the characteristics of adults in vocational rehabilitation and their intellectual disabilities. Identifying the expressions of communication skills required in occupational situations was achieved through interviews with related experts. Firstly, a characteristic of a developed activity is that it identifies the actual communication skills required in the professional situation and presents singing activities consisting of step-by-step procedures and types that promote the skills. Secondly, the constituent factors of communication technology, singing activities, music arguments, and validated activities are presented. Thirdly, the activity was developed as one that increases the possibility of field application through difficulty control and detailed structuring strategies and considering the social characteristics of the adults in occupational rehabilitation who have intellectual disabilities. As a result of verification by music arbitration experts, the average was assigned 4.0 points. According to the evaluation by question, the average score of validity for the variable was 4 points, the average score for the method was 5 points, the average score for composition and form was 4.0 points, the average score for the overall activity composition was 3.8 points, and the average score for the activity content was 3.8 points. The activities developed and validated formed the scope of the study, and validity was secured by the verification of music arbitration experts. The situation-oriented communication singing activity for adults with occupational rehabilitation intellectual disabilities developed in this study is therefore expected to improve the communication skills of such adults.
