중국 가정 양로 부담에 영향을 미치는 요인

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 중국 가정 양로 부담의 주요 영향 요인을 파악함으로써, 중국 양로 보장 체계를 전면적으로 구축하는데 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서 개인 요인, 자녀 요인, 가정 요인, 사회 요인은 독립변수로, 종속변수인 가정 양로 부담과 어떠한 관계를 가지는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 면저, 가정 양로 부담의 정의 및 영향 요인을 선행연구를 통해 정리하였고, 중국 정부 양로 정책의 현황을 정리하였다． 본 연구의 주요 데이터는 중국 가정 추적 조사(China Family Panel Studies, CFPS)에서 나온 것이다. 본 연구는 최신 2020주기의 데이터를 골랐다. 또 중국은 정년이 60세인 점을 고려해 60세 이상 노인을 선정해 가정 양로 부담을 측정하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 2020주기의 데이터에서 28591명 대상자 중에세 1659명 대상자를 선정했다. 자료는 Stata 13 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 위계적 회귀분석(Hierachical Regression)을 통해 연구 모형을 검증하였고 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다． 첫째, 중국 가정 양로 부담에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 자녀 요인（자녀와 부모의 친밀도)로 나타났다. 자녀와 부모의 친밀도는 자녀가 부모에게 경제적 도움을 제공한 금액과 자녀가 부모의 생활을 돌본 빈도 두 가지 변수에 (+)정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 개인 요인（노인의 성별, 연령, 학력, 혼인상태), 가정 요인(가족 규모, 자정의 오락성 지출), 사회 요인（정부의 부조금을 받는 여부)는 가정 양로 부담에는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다． 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 제언을 나타났다． 첫째, 노인들은 자기 보건 의식을 강화하고 각종 질병의 발생을 예방해야 한다. 적극적이고 낙관적인 생활 태도는 노인들이 만년 생활에 대해 매우 만족시킬 수 있다. 자녀는 노인의 만년 생활을 중시하고 효도 의식을 높이고 노인과의 관계를 자발적으로 개선해야 한다. 가정은 노인의 만년 양로의 주요 장소이고 가족 구성원은 노인의 양로의 주요 지지자이기 때문에 가족 구성원은 노인의 만년 생활에 관심을 가지고 노인의 양로 문제를 중시하며 노인의 생활 질량을 향상시키도록 노력해야 한다. 둘째, 정부는 가정 양로를 더욱 중시하고 가정 양로가 일으키는 일련의 사회 문제를 깊이 인식하여 전문적인 <가정양로법>을 세워 존재하는 난제를 해결해야 한다. 중앙 정부는 지방 정부의 압력을 분담하여 많은 책임을 져야 한다. 또한, 복지 제도를 확대하여 노인들의 건강을 보호할 수 있다.;The purpose of this study is to identify the major influences of the burden of the elderly in China, households, and the burden of the elderly, so that it can be used as a basic data to establish the Chinese elderly guarantee system in its entirety. In this study, individual factors, children's factors, family factors, and social factors are independent variables, and it is intended to study what kind of relationship it has with the dependent variable, household old-age burden. To this end, the definition of the burden of family pension and the factors affecting it have been summarized through previous studies, and the current status of the Chinese government's elderly policy is summarized. The main data for this study is from China Family Panel Studies (CFPS). For this study, data from the latest 2020 cycle were selected. In addition, considering the fact that the retirement age is 60 years old in China, the elderly aged 60 years or older were selected to measure the burden of home care. Therefore, this study selected 1659 subjects out of 28591 subjects in the 2020 cycle data. As for the data, the research model was verified through descriptive statistical analysis and hierarchical regression using the Stata 13 program, and the following results were derived. First, the factor that has the greatest influence on the burden of the elderly in China was the child factor (the intimacy between the child and the parent ) . The intimacy between children and parents has a positive (+) effect on two variables: the amount of financial help provided by children to their parents and the frequency of children taking care of their parents. Second, individual factors (gender, age, educational background, marital status of the elderly), family factors (family size, spending for entertainment at midnight), and social factors (whether or not receiving government subsidies) had a significant impact on the burden on the family and the elderly. ． Based on these research results, the following suggestions were made. First, the elderly should strengthen their health awareness and prevent the occurrence of various diseases. An active and optimistic lifestyle can make the elderly very satisfied with their later life. Children should value the life of the elderly in their later years, raise their awareness of filial piety, and voluntarily improve their relationship with the elderly. Since the home is the main place for the elderly's long-term care, and the family members are the main supporters of the elderly, the family members should pay attention to the elderly's later life, give importance to the elderly's problems, and strive to improve the living mass of the elderly. Second, the government should give more importance to the home elderly and deeply recognize the series of social problems that the family elderly cause, and establish a specialized <Family Elderly Act> to solve the existing difficulties. The central government has many responsibilities by sharing the pressures of local governments. In addition, the welfare system can be expanded to protect the health of the elderly.
