군집화 구현을 위한 다양한 R 패키지 비교 분석

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine, analyze, and compare algorithms of the various clustering packages in R. In addition to the classical methods, focusing on new methodologies or new implementation methods that have been widely used recently, the usage status was examined, and 10 clustering packages were selected. A total of 25 clustering algorithms implemented in the packages were compared and analyzed. In order to compare the performance and results of clustering, four types of data were applied, and three indexes for clustering performance evaluation were calculated. By applying it to various data, the clustering function was comprehensively evaluated, and the characteristics of each algorithm were summarized.;본 연구의 목적은 R에서 구현하고 있는 다양한 군집화 패키지를 살펴보고, 알고리즘을 분석 및 비교하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 고전적인 방법들 외에 최근까지 많이 이용되고 있는 새로운 방법론 또는 새로운 구현 방식들에 초점을 맞추어 이용 현황을 살펴보고, 10개의 군집화 패키지를 선택하였다. 패키지에서 구현하고 있는 총 25개 군집화 알고리즘들을 비교, 분석하였다. 군집화의 성능과 결과를 비교하기 위해 다양한 형태의 4개 데이터를 적용하고, 3가지의 군집화 성능 평가 지수를 계산하였다. 다양한 데이터에 적용함으로써 종합적으로 군집화 함수를 평가하고, 알고리즘별 특성을 정리하였다.
