다문화통합어린이집 내 이주배경아동-한국가정아동 간 또래상호작용 증진을 위한 음악극 프로그램 개발

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 다문화통합어린이집을 이용하고 있는 미취학 이주배경아동을 대상으로 이주배경아동-한국가정아동 간 또래상호작용 증진을 위한 다문화수용성기반 음악극 프로그램을 개발하고 적용 가능성을 검증하는 것이다. 또한 이주배경아동과 한국가정아동이 함께 참여하는 음악극 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램을 실제 다문화통합어린이집에서 실행하여 적용 가능성을 검증하였다. 적용 가능성 실행은 다문화통합어린이집 내 두 그룹(연령 6-7세, 총 36명)을 대상으로 주 2회, 30분씩, 6회기 이루어졌으며 적용 가능성 평가는 본 프로그램이 실시된 다문화통합어린이집의 교사 2인과 보육환경에서의 임상 경력이 있는 음악치료사를 통해 검증하였다. 본 프로그램은 차이에 대한 수용, 개방된 상호작용 단계, 적극적인 관용적 태도를 중요한 중재 요인으로 도출하여 총 3단계로 구성되었으며, 음악극 구성요소의 내레이션, 역할나누기, 그룹음악활동 등이 적용되도록 하였다. 프로그램 적용 후 대상자들의 다문화수용성과 또래상호작용행동 변화를 분석한 결과, 다문화수용성 점수가 이주배경아동과 한국가정아동 모두 증가하였다. 특히 또래 간 상호행동이 프로그램이 진행되면서 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 적용가능성 검증 결과, 목표적합성은 평균 4.25점, 유용성은 4.5점, 적용가능성은 4점으로 평가되어 개발된 본 프로그램이 아동 간 또래상호작용과 다문화수용성을 향상시키는 데 적합할 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 음악극 프로그램은 이주배경아동만 대상으로 하지 않고 한국가정아동을 함께 포함으로써 실제적인 상호교류 및 사회적 행동을 촉진시키고 실제 이주배경아동이 이용하고 있는 통합보육환경에 적용할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 따라서 음악극이 다양한 문화를 상호적으로 수용한다는 점에서 해당 대상군에게 효과적으로 적용되었으며 중재의 다양화를 위한 기초 자료를 제시했다는 점에서 그 의미가 있다. 나아가 프로그램 개발 연구라는 점에서 추후 연구를 통해 실제적인 효과성을 확인할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.;The purpose of this research is to develop and verify probability of application of a music play program which targets designated multi-culture kindergardens by each city and province. The program is expected to promote interaction in between preschool immigrant family background child-traditional korean family child. Accoordingly, a multicultural integrated Daycare Center including migrant childeren two groups of 6 to 7 age set, two times in a week, 30 minutes per each time, after development of a program that stands for 6 times, pre-research is executed to verify its application of the program on the site. The result of the pre-research indicates that the program promotes interaction of peers with its different cultural background. Also, the study result shows that such the program brings positive understandability in intercultural background. Therefore, based on the music play program developed in this study, it is expected that it will be possible to promote peer interaction and multicultural acceptance of children from migrant backgrounds and Korean families.
