아랍에미리트 의료관광의 서비스품질, 만족도 재방문의도의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 해외 의료관광을 경험한 아랍에미리트인의 일반적 특성과 의료서비스품질, 만족도를 파악하고 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 해외 의료관광 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 아랍 에미리트인의 한국의료관광을 활성화할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여함이 그 목적이다. 연구 대상자는 아랍에미리트에 거주하는 해외 의료관광 경험이 있는 아랍에미리트 국적의 환자이며, 이들 중 총 150명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계, 독립 t-test, 일원 배치 분산분석(One-way ANOVA), 피어슨 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 의료서비스 품질은 만족도에 유의한 영향으로 미친다. 의료서비스 품질의 유형성, 반응성이 만족도 향상에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의료서비스 품질은 재방문 의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 의료서비스 품질의 유형성은 재방문 의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 만족도는 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 만족도의 측정항목이 ‘나는 의료서비스에 만족한다.’,‘의료서비스는 긍정적 감정을 준다’,‘의료관광 서비스는 이용하기 편리하다.’는 재방문 의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같이 연구결과를 바탕으로 의료서비스 품질의 유형성, 반응성의 품질 수준 향상을 통해 의료관광 만족도와 재방문율을 높이는 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구결과는 의료관광에 영향을 미치는 의료서비스 품질을 향상시키고 증동 국가의 한국 의료관광 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다.;The purpose of the study is to understand the general characteristics, quality of medical services, and satisfaction of the UAE people who experienced medical tourism, and the impact on their intention to revisit. The study has identified the impact factors on the intention of re-visiting medical tourism and therefore contributed to providing the basic data to revitalize medical tourism in Korea for the Emiratis. The study subjects were selected from patients with UAE nationality who have experienced medical tourism and total 146 patients have conducted a self-administered survey. First, improvements in the quality of tangible, and responsiveness have been shown to affect the improvement of satisfaction due to the positive influence on the satisfaction of health care quality. Based on the findings, efforts should be made to increase medical tourism satisfaction and revisit rate by improving the quality level of tangible and responsiveness. This research result can be used as a basic data that can improve the quality of medical services that affect medical tourism and contribute to the revitalization of medical tourism in Korea by people from Middle Eastern countries.
