초기 청소년의 정서인식 명확성, 정서조절전략, 가족관계가 비자살적자해 및 우울에 미치는 영향

Abstract

초기 청소년은 아동기에서 청소년기로 전이되는 초등학교 고학년 시기로, 이 시기는 신체적인 성장과 함께 심리적으로 변화가 있으며, 또래 갈등, 진로, 학업 문제와 같은 상황은 비자살적자해 및 우울을 유발하기도 한다. 이러한 초기 청소년기의 비자살적자해 및 우울증상은 이후 성인기의 자살시도, 우울 및 불안장애, 약물중독과 같은 다양한 문제로 발전될 수 있어 초기 청소년기 비자살적자해와 우울을 파악하고 예방할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 초기 청소년의 정서인식 명확성, 정서조절전략, 가족관계가 비자살적자해와 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 자료 수집은 생명 윤리 위원회승인 이후 2020년 7월 1일부터 2020년 8월 31일까지 시행되었다. 경북 지역 초등학교에 재학 중인 초기 청소년을 편의표집 하였으며 연구 참여에 동의한 5, 6학년 학생 150명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 정서인식 명확성은 상위기분척도, 정서조절전략은 인지적 정서조절 전략 척도, 가족관계는 가족관계사정도구, 비자살적자해는 자해기능 평가지, 우울은 아동우울척도를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Logistic regression analysis, Multiple regression analysis를 이용하여 분석하였다.;The purpose of this study was to examine non-suicidal self-injury and depression in association with emotional clarity, emotion regulation, family relationship, and to determine its predictors among early adolescents. After obtaining approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Ewha Womans University, early adolescents were recruited until August 31st, 2020. A total of 150 students in fifth and sixth grades of elementary school with their parent’s consent participated in this study. The descriptive characteristics of early adolescents, non-suicidal self-injury, depression and its associated factors were evaluated using a self-reported questionnaire. Emotional clarity, emotion regulation, family relationship, non-suicidal self-injury, and depression were measured using the Trait Meta-Mood Scale(TMMS: Lee & Lee, 1997), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ; Kim, 2004), Family Relationship Assessment Scale (FRAS: Kim, Gil, & Kim-Godwin, 2020), Functional Assessment of Self-Mutilation(FASM; Kwon, 2014), and Children's Depression Inventory(CDI; Cho & Lee, 1990), respectively. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Logistic regression and Multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/Win 25.0 program.
