노인 암환자의 부부 의사소통이 암 대처, 건강증진행위, 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구는 노인 암환자의 부부 의사소통이 암 대처, 건강증진행위, 심리적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구방법: 노인 암환자 88명에게서 부부 의사소통, 암 대처, 건강증진행위, 심리적 행복감을 조사하였으며 SPSS statistisc 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 부부 의사소통과 암 대처 중 대인간 대처는 치료방법에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 건강증진행위의 하위요인인 운동영역은 가족형태에 따라, 건강책임 영역은 진단 후 경과 기간에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심리적 행복감은 연령, 종교, 치료방법에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 부부 의사소통은 암 대처, 건강증진행위, 심리적 행복감과 각각 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 부부 의사소통은 암 대처에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 부부 의사소통이 원활할수록 암 대처가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 노인 암환자의 부부 의사소통을 증진시키기 위한 간호중재 개발이 필요하다.;This study examines the effect of marital communication and the cancer coping, health promotion behavior, subjective happiness in elderly cancer patients. Methods: Participants included 88 elderly cancer patients, above 65 years. The data were collected via structured questionnaires, and analyzed SPSS statistics 26.0 program. Results: Marital communication was found to have the greatest influence on cancer coping(β=.538, p＜.001). The better the marital communication was, the higher the cancer coping. Marital communication explained 29% of cancer coping(F=35.107, p＜.001). Conclusion: There is a need to develop nursing interventions that can enhance marital communication between elderly cancer patients.
