Robert Alexander Schumann 바이올린 소나타에 나타나는 후기작품 특징연구

Abstract

본 논문은 슈만의 ≪바이올린 소나타 제1번≫과 ≪바이올린 소나타 제2번≫의 각 1악장을 분석함으로 슈만의 후기작품에 나타난 특징을 연구한다. 이를 위해 이론적 배경은 먼저 4개 시기로 나눠지는 슈만 생애사중 후기에 해당하는 ‛뒤셀도르프 시기'(1850-1856)에 집중하여 브람스와의 만남과 역사적 사건을 연구한다. 또한 그의 후기작품 특성을 아도르노의 ‛후기이론'(late theory)의 관점을 통해 살펴본다. 다음으로 1번과 2번의 각 1악장을 선율, 화성, 구조의 관점으로 분석한 뒤 이를 바탕으로 슈만 후기작품에 발견되는 특징을 살펴본다. 이를 통해 슈만의 후기 음악 특징을 이해하고 이에 부합하는 연주를 하도록 돕는 것에 본 논문의 목적을 둔다. ;This research examines the characteristics of R. Schumann's later works by analyzing the first movements of Violin Sonata No. 1 and Violin Sonata No. 2. To this end, as a theoretical background, the history of Schumann's life is described centering on the encounters and events of the 'Düsseldorf period'(1850-1856), and the characteristics focused on his later works are studied from the point of view of Theodor W. Adorno(1903-1969)’s the late theory. 'dark color sense', 'structural simplicity', and 'structural simplicity' found in Schumann's later works are analyzed through the perspective of melody, harmony, and structure, which describe the characteristics of his late work as 'moderate technique'. The purpose of this study is to understand Schumann's musical characteristics reflecting on the late period and to help performers corresponding to it.
