청소년 자해에 대한 목회상담학적 이해

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 자해가 갖는 의미를 살펴보고 이를 통해 목회상담학적 이해를 시도하고자 함에 있다. 특히 청소년 자해에 대한 현황과 기존의 선행연구들을 통해 자해에 대한 연구의 필요성에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 또한 기독교 내의 문화를 통해 자해에 대한 새로운 시각이 필요함을 알아보고자 한다. 또한 청소년 자해에 대해 대상관계학파인 멜라니 클라인과 윌프레드 비온의 이론을 통해 알아볼 수 있다. 먼저 클라인의 두 자리 개념인 편집-분열적 자리와 우울적 자리의 각 개념들의 특징을 통해 자해행동에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 특히 편집-분열적 자리의 개념인 공격성과 우울적 자리의 개념인 죄책감을 바탕으로 이해해보고자 한다. 각 자리에서의 자해행동을 살펴보는 것을 통해 자해행동의 여러 의미를 탐색해 볼 수 있다. 이어 비온의 O개념을 중심으로 자해행동을 살펴볼 것이며, 좌절을 견뎌내는 능력으로 알파-기능을 이해해보고자 한다. 특히 알파-기능의 부재가 어떻게 청소년의 자해행동으로 연결될 수 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 청소년의 자해를 비온이 설명한 –K에서의 행동으로 이해해보고, 이에 대한 치유의 시간과 공간에 대해 살펴볼 것이다. 먼저 그롯슈타인이 설명한 다차원의 O시간 개념에서 찾아낼 수 있는 경험의 상관관계를 통해 왜곡되고 혼란스러운 시간을 경험하는 –K를 담을 수 있는 시간으로 이해해볼 것이다. 그리고 더 나아가 치유의 공간이자 무한의 공간인 O공간 개념을 살펴볼 것이다. 이때 O공간은 레브리 상태를 바탕으로 한 상호관계를 중심으로 형성될 수 있음을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로 청소년 자해에 대한 의미를 탐색한 것을 바탕으로 목회상담학적 이해를 시도해볼 것이다. 먼저 몰트만의 종말론 관점을 통해 고통 안에 있는 희망을 살펴볼 수 있다. 특히 카이로스의 시간은 짧은 순간의 자해행동을 이해하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이며, 창조적 공간 개념을 통해 견뎌주는 대상으로서 하나님과의 상호관계를 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 더 나아가 틸리히의 존재에 대한 신학적 관점을 바탕으로 자해 청소년의 존재 자체에 대한 목회상담적 접근을 살펴볼 것이며, 상호관계에 대한 상담적·신학적 관점을 통해 존재에 대한 치유의 과정이 상호관계에 있음을 살펴보고자 한다. ;The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning of self-injury in adolescents and to try to understand it in pastoral counseling. In addition, the current status of self-injury in young adults as well as the necessity of research on self-injury are explored through previous studies. This study aims to examine the need for a new perspective on self-injury through the culture of Christianity. Self-injury in adolescents can be explored with the theories of object relations theorists Melanie Klein and Wilfred Bion. First, self-injury behaviors will be investigated based on the characteristics of each concept of the two position concepts of Klein: the paranoid-schizoid position and the depressive position. In particular, the understanding will be based on the concept of the paranoid-schizoid position, aggression, and that of the depressive position, guilt. Different meanings of self-injury behaviors can be examined by looking at the self-injury behaviors in each position. Next, this study explores self-injury behaviors based on Bion's concept of “O” and investigates the alpha-function, the capacity to tolerate frustration. In particular, it aims to examine how the absence of alpha-function can lead to self-injury behaviors in adolescents. This study tries to understand self-injury in adolescents based on Bion's behavior in –K and examines the time and space for healing. First, it will be understood as a time that can contain –K where distorted and chaotic time is experienced through the correlation of experiences found in the multidimensional O-time concept explained by Grotstein. Furthermore, the concept of space O, a space of healing and an infinite space, will be explored. At this time, it will be explored that space O can be formed centering on interrelation based on the state of reverie. Finally, this study will try understanding in terms of pastoral counseling based on the investigation of the meaning of self-injury in adolescents. First, Moltmann's eschatological viewpoint shows hope in pain. In particular, Kairos' time can help understand self-injury behaviors in a short moment, and the interrelation with God is explored as an object that endures through the concept of creative space. Furthermore, based on the theological viewpoint of Tillich's existence, the approach toward the existence of self-injury adolescents in pastoral counseling will be examined. This study intends to examine that the healing process for existence is interrelated through a counseling and theological perspective on interrelation.
