중학생의 인터넷 음란물 접촉과 성행동의 관계

Abstract

본 연구는 인터넷 음란물 접촉이 성행동을 예측하는데 중요한 변인이 될 가능성이 있다는 기존의 여러 선행연구들을 바탕으로, 중학생의 인터넷 음란물 접촉과 성행동의 관계를 살펴보고, 그 관계에서 허용적 성태도와 대인관계역량의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전국의 만 13세에서 만 16세에 해당되는 국내 중학교 재학생 317명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 기반 하여 먼저 각 변인들의 기술통계분석을 실시하고, 각 변인 간 상관분석을 실시하였다. 이후, SPSS PROCESS macro 3.5를 사용하여 인터넷 음란물 접촉과 성행동의 관계에서 허용적 성태도의 매개효과와 허용적 성태도 및 대인관계역량의 조절된 매개효과의 유의성을 검정하였다. 연구결과, 중학생의 인터넷 음란물 접촉 시기는 직접적으로 성행동을 예측할 뿐만 아니라, 인터넷 음란물 접촉 시기가 중학생의 허용적 성태도에 영향을 미치고, 그렇게 형성된 허용적 성태도가 성행동으로 이어진는 간접효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 과정에서 높은 수준의 대인관계역량이 허용적 성태도가 성행동에 미치는 부정적 영향을 조절하여 성행동 수준을 변화시킬 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 인터넷 음란물 접촉이 중학생의 성행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 개인 내적 요소인 허용적 성태도가 어떤 역할을 하는지 확인하였다는 점에서 의의를 지니며, 인터넷 음란물 접촉이 성행동에 미치는 영향에서 허용적 성태도와 대인관계역량의 조절된 매개효과가 확인됨에 따라 중학생의 성행동에 대한 개입 시 대인관계역량을 높여주는 것이 효과적이라는 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 중학생의 성행동에 대한 효과적인 예방과 교육적 개입 방안 마련에 대한 함의를 제공한다.;This study attempts to identify the relationship between internet pornographic exposure and sexual behavior with the target of early middle school students who undergo major physical and mental changes in Korea. In addition to those variables, this study also analyzes a more complex interrelationship of variables with the addition of permissive sexual attitude and interpersonal competence. For this research, an online survey was conducted with 317 students aged 13 to 16 years and 219 students were used for route analysis, excluding 98 students who had no experience in internet pornographic exposure. With the collected data, basic statistics were calculated, and then structural relationships between variables were analyzed via hierarchical regression mediation analysis with SPSS PROCESS macro version 3.5. As a result of verifying the path model using the SPSS process macro 3.5, the timing of internet pornographic exposure of middle school students was found to have a direct effect on the sexual behavior of middle school students, and the indirect route to sexual behavior through the medium of permissive sexual attitude was also significant, thus verifying the mediated effect. These mediated effects showed that the magnitude of the effect was adjusted due to the adjustment effect of interpersonal competence. This study identified the controlled mediated effects of interpersonal competence in controlling progress to sexual behavior in early adolescence due to internet pornographic exposure, and these findings suggest the need for active environmental and personal intervention for adaptive and healthy adolescence.
