Abstract
한국의 수생환경에서 서식하고 있는 물지렁이류 (Aquatic Oligochaeta)에 대한 분류학적 연구를 수행하였다. 2013년 4월부터 2018년 10월사이에 한국의 92개 지점의 담수 및 해안에서 채집된 물지렁이류들을 검토한 결과 2강 6목 7과 4아과 36속 81종이 동정 분류되였다. 이 중 담수환경에서 73종을 발견하였고, 이 중 미기록 종 46종을 확인하였다: Allonais pectinata (Stephenson, 1910), A. gwaliorensis (Stephenson, 1920), Aulophorus furcatus (Oken, 1815), Au-lodrilus pluriseta (Piguet, 1906), Aeolosoma japonicum (Yamaguchi, 1953), Bratislavia prosetosa (Liang, 1964), Criodrilus lacuum (Hoffmeister, 1845), Dero dorsalis (Ferronière, 1889), D. digitata (Müller, 1774), Fridericia glandifera (Friend, 1913), Henlea montana (Rota, 1994), Ilyodrilus templetoni (Southern, 1909), Limnodrilus profundicola (Verrill, 1871), Lophochaeta ignota (Štolc, 1866), Marionina riparia (Bretscher, 1899), Nais behningi (Michaelsen, 1923), N. bretscheri (Michaelsen, 1899), N. elinguis (Mueller, 1773), N. pseudobtusa (Piguet, 1906), N. simplex (Piguet, 1906), N. stolci (Hrabĕ, 1981), Ophidonais serpentina (Müller, 1773), Paranais frici (Hrabĕ, 1941), P. litoralis (Müller, 1784), P. orientalis (Sokolaskaja, 1964), Piguetiella blanci (Piguet, 1906), P. amurensis (Sokolaskaja, 1958), Pristina aequiseta (Bourne, 1891), P. breviseta (Bourne, 1891), P. foreli (Piguet, 1906), P. proboscidea (Beddard, 1896), P. synclites (Stephenson, 1925), Pristina (Pristinella) komi (Popchenko, 1988), P. (P.) notopora (Černosvitov, 1937), P. (P.) osborni (Walton, 1906), P. (P.) sima (Marcus, 1944), Peipsidrilus pusillus (Timm, 1977), Potamothrix hammoniensis (Michaelsen, 1901), P. heuscheri (Bretscher, 1900), P. bavaricus (Öschmann, 1913), Psammoryctides albicola (Michaelsen, 1901), Rhyacodrilus carsticus (Košel, 1980), R. stephensoni (Černosvitov, 1942), Tasserkidrilus acapillatus (Finogenova, 1972), Tubifex blanchardi (Vejdovský, 1891), and Varichaetadrilus vestibulatus (Cui & Wang, 2009)이였다. 또한, 해양 환경에서 8종의 해양물지렁이를 발견하였으며, 이들은 신종인 2종 (Heterodrilus n. sp., Aktedrilus n. sp.) 과 미기록종인 6종 (Specaria josinae (Vejdovský, 1883), Tubificoides sp., Monopylephorus rubroniveus (Levinsen, 1884), Limno-driloides uniampullatus (Erséus, 1982), Uniporodrilus sp., Marionina coatesae (Erséus, 1990))이다. 그동안 국내 수서환경에 서식하는 물지렁이에 대한 연구가 많이 부족한 상태였으며, 특히 해양물지렁이의 경우는 국내에서 연구가 전무한 상태였다. 본 연구를 통해 한국의 해양빈모류의 분류학적 연구가 처음으로 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 한국산 물지렁이들에 대한 종과 상위 분류군들의 검색표를 작성하였으며, 신종 2종 및 미기록 종 52종 그리고 이미 기록된 27종을 포함한 총 81종에 대한 기재, 도해 및 사진 그리고 분류학적 특이사항을 작성하였다. ;Aquatic oligochaetes have a worldwide distribution. Among these, approximately one-third are estuarine and marine species. They dwell in a wide variety of habitats. The faunistic study of aquatic oligochaetes has been widely performed globally. In contrast, Korean aquatic oligochaetes have only been studied in a small section of all known species. This dissertation is a significant report on the taxonomic study of aquatic oligochaetes in Korea. Aquatic oligochaetes were collected from lotic and lentic freshwater and intertidal and subtidal zones at 92 localities in South Korea from April 2013 to October 2018. Consequently, 81 species of aquatic oligochaetes belonging to 36 genera, seven families, six orders, and two classes were identified and classified. Among these, Heterodrilus n. sp. and Aktedrilus n. sp. were identified as two new marine species. Among marine oligochaetes, eight species were identified, including two new species—Heterodrilus n. sp. and Aktedrilus n. sp.—and six newly reported species, namely, Specaria josinae (Vejdovský, 1883), Tubificoides sp., Monopylephorus rubroniveus (Levinsen, 1884), Limnodriloides uniampullatus (Erséus, 1982), Uniporodrilus sp., and Marionina coatesae (Erséus, 1990). Taxonomic studies of oligochaetes in Korea have been conducted steadily to date. Nevertheless, to the best of our knowledge, the marine oligochaete fauna of Korea has never been studied. Therefore, this is the first study to identify marine oligochaetes in Korea. The keys to all 81 species, including all known (27 species) and higher taxa are provided. Additionally, 52 newly recorded and two new species have been classified, illustrated, and taxonomic remarks.
