노인장기요양보험 방문간호사의 방문간호서비스에 대한 교육요구도

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the educational needs and priorities for nursing care among home-visiting nurses under the national long-term care insurance system in South Korea. Data were collected from April 20 to May 17, 2020, through an online survey. In total, 92 home-visiting nurses providing home nursing services of long-term care insurance were recruited. Their educational needs were assessed using a 5-point Likert scale with a total of 19 domains and 90 items developed for this study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS statistics, version 23.0. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and paired t-tests were conducted, and the Borich needs assessment and the Locus for Focus Model were used to identify educational priorities.;본 연구는 Borich의 요구도와 the Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 노인장기요양보험 방문간호사의 방문간호서비스에 대한 교육요구도의 우선순위를 파악하여 방문간호사 실무 교육 프로그램의 효과적인 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 방문간호 급여를 제공하는 시설로 지정된 장기요양기관에서 근무하는 현직 방문간호사 92명이다. 연구도구는 방문간호서비스 교육요구도를 측정하기 위해 본 연구자가 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, paired t-test, Borich 요구도, the Locus for Focus 모델 분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다.
