초등 1학년 입학초기 적응활동 지도를 위한 노래 중심 프로그램 개발

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a song-focused program for guiding adaptation activities at the beginning of 1st grade admission. To develop the program, this study analyzed the concept, goals, instructional content, organization, and operation of the adaptation activities at the beginning of elementary school admissions, conducted preliminary surveys of elementary school teachers who had worked as primary homeroom teachers since 2017, and reviewed prior studies. Based on this, after the preliminary development of the song-focused early adaptation activity program, it was verified by two elementary school teachers and one Ph.D. in music therapy to secure validity. Based on the verification results, the program was modified and supplemented to complete the final draft. The characteristics of the program developed in this study are as follows. First, the characteristics of learners in the first grade of elementary school were considered, and the emotional aspects of songs were used to develop a program applicable to early adaptation activities. Second, specific instructional plans and activity materials were presented so that even teachers with little musical literacy could easily utilize them. Third, through validity verification, it was suggested that the program developed in this study can be applied to the field. The result of this study reflects the results of preliminary research and complements the limitations of previous studies to develop a song-focused early adaptation program that utilizes music therapy educational ideas to improve the effectiveness of guiding adaptation activities in the first grade of elementary school. It is meaningful to provide teaching and learning materials that not only fit the goal of adaptation activities in elementary school, but also promote emotional support for students to adapt to school life.;본 연구의 목적은 초등 1학년 입학초기 적응활동 지도를 위한 노래 중심 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 초등학교 입학초기 적응활동의 개념과 목표, 지도 내용 및 편성‧운영을 분석하였으며, 2017학년도 이후 초등학교 1학년 담임교사로 근무한 경력이 있는 초등교사를 대상으로 사전 조사를 실시하고, 선행연구를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 노래 중심 입학초기 적응활동 프로그램을 예비 개발한 이후, 타당성 확보를 위해 초등교사 2인과 음악치료학 박사 1인에게 검증을 받았으며, 검증 결과를 토대로 프로그램을 수정‧보완하여 최종안을 완성하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 입학초기 1학년 학습자의 특성을 고려하고, 노래의 정서적 측면을 활용하여 입학초기 적응활동에 적용 가능한 프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 음악적 소양이 적은 교사도 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 구체적인 지도안과 활동자료를 제시하였다. 셋째, 타당도 검증을 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 현장에 적용 가능함을 시사하였다. 본 연구 결과는 사전 조사 결과를 반영하고, 선행연구의 한계를 보완하여 음악치료교육적 아이디어를 활용한 노래 중심 입학초기 적응활동 프로그램을 개발함으로써 학교 현장에서 교사의 초등학교 1학년 입학초기 적응활동 지도 효과를 높이는 데 도움을 주고, 초등학교 입학초기 적응활동의 학교생활 적응 영역 목표에 적합할 뿐만 아니라, 학생들이 학교생활에 적응하는 데 있어 정서적인 지원을 도모하는 교수‧학습 자료를 제공하는 것에 의의가 있다.
