L. v. Beethoven Piano Sonata Op.27 no.1, F. Schubert Piano Sonata D.960 연구분석

Abstract

본 논문은 필자의 석사과정 졸업연주에서 연주된 작품들 중 베토벤(Ludwig van Beethoven, 1770-1827)의 Piano Sonata Op.27 no.1과 슈베르트(Franz Peter Schbert, 1797-1828)의 Piano Sonata D.960에 관해 연구한 것이다. 베토벤의 Op.27 no.1은 중기시기의 작품으로‘Sonata quasi una Fantasia(판타지 풍의 소나타)’라는 부제가 붙어있다. 1, 2악장은 3부분형식, 3악장은 1부형식, 4악장은 론도소나타형식으로 전 악장을 통틀어 소나타 형식은 찾아볼 수 없으며, 악장 간 끝맺음 없이 attacca로 연결되어 마치 단악장같은 느낌을 준다. 또한 고전주의 소나타의 1악장에서 주로 쓰이는 Allegro의 빠른템포 대신 느린 Andante로 시작하면서 기존의 형식으로부터 탈피하고자 했던 베토벤의 중기시기 음악양식을 잘 보여준다. 슈베르트의 D.960은 1828년 9월, 중기시기에 작곡된 3개의 연작소나타 중 마지막곡으로, 그의 음악양식을 완성한 가장 훌륭한 걸작으로 인정받고 있다. 1악장은 소나타형식, 2악장은 가요형식, 3악장은 스케르쪼, 4악장은 변형된 론도소나타형식으로, 고전소나타 형식을 크게 벗어나지 않으면서도 관계조가 아닌 먼조로의 전조, 긴 선율로 이루어진 모티브의 사용 등 낭만주의 음악의 특징을 잘 나타내고 있다.;The purpose of this study is to analyze A study of L. v. Beethoven Piano Sonata Op.27 no.1 and F. Schubert Piano Sonata D.960. In this article, the works performed in my master's degree graduation performance include Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) piano sonata Op.27 no.1 and Schubert (1797-1828) Piano Sonata D.960. Beethoven's piano sonatas are usually divided into three periods: early, mid and late. Op.27 no.1 is midle period’s work with the subtitle. It shows Beethoven's intention to break away from the classical style, and various fantasy elements stand out. there is no sonata form throughout all movement and each movements is connected by "attacca" without final bar line. In addition, distantly related key is used rather than related key which is usually used in the sonata form, which has become a stepping stone to romanticism as well as a departure from the classical style. The Schubert piano sonatas, like Beethoven, are explained in three periods. The D.960 sonata covered in this paper is the last of the three serial sonatas composed during the mid-term period in September 1828, and is recognized as the finest masterpiece to complete his music style. This sonata is in the form of a sonata for the first movement, a song form for the second movement, a Scherzo style for the third movement, and a modified Rondo sonata for the fourth movement. Using delicate progression, bold precursors and motives made of long melodies, it shows Schubert's free style of music without deviating much from classical sonatas.
