영아기 자녀와 부/간 상호작용 증진을 위한 음악 프로그램 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of group music program using song for developmental parent-Infant interaction on father/mother's parenting stress whose infant has difficulty in father/mother interaction. The design of experiment for this study was Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The subjects consist 19 infant and 19 fathers or mothers. The subject of the study were father/mother and their children with two years old (24month~35month) in regular child care center. The research task was to examine effects of a parent-Infant interaction enhancement program on the parenting stress of the father/mother whose Infant has difficulty in father/mother-infant interaction. The program was modified as a group program by applying activities for parent-Infant interaction enhancement based on the Family Music Therapy. It was conducted twice a week for 8 times and each session was comprised of 30 minutes. The first and 2nd sessions were emotional support for the parents, and the others are patients/infant dyad interaction programs during 50 minutes. Every 3 session was video taped and two music therapist checked the videotaped session to secure the reliability. The data collection process was as follows. During the program, each session and musial behavior of the children and father/mothers were recorded to examine changes in parent-Infant interaction. The recorded materials were evaluated by using the scores of the parent(father/mother)-infant interaction scale before and after the program. The results of study were as follows: First, interactions with parents or therapist based on music and music experience make an effect on social-emotional behavior. Second, Parenting stress score were decreased and there was a statistically significant difference(p<.001) in t-test. secondly, the interactive behaviors were changed in all of parents. Music program was effective parent intervention that improves the fahter/mother-infant interaction.;본 연구의 목적은 영아기 자녀와 부/모간 상호작용 증진 프로그램의 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상자는 참여 기준을 충족한 서울시 Y구의 K와 H직장어린이집의 만 2세 영아자녀 19명과 부/모 19, 총 38명이다(실험집단 9쌍, 통제집단 10쌍). 연구에 적용된 프로그램은 전문가 2인(음악치료사 1인, 영아음악 전문가 1인)에게 타당도를 검증받았다. 프로그램에 사용된 검사도구는 프로그램 시행 전과 후에 실시되었으며, 프로그램 실시 전 실시한 실험집단과 통제집단간 등분산 결과 두 집단은 동질한 것으로 나타났다. 프로그램 실시 후 부/모의 양육스트레스, 만 2세 영아 자녀의 사회․정서, 그리고 부/모 자녀간 상호작용 양적 효과와 행동 관찰 도구를 통한 프로그램의 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그중 관찰 분석에는 Marhoney(2009)의 상호작용 관찰도구로 비디오 자료를 활용하여 부/모(K-MBRS)와 자녀의 상호작용 행동(k-CBRS)을 분석하였다. 상호작용 행동의 분석 요인은 부/모의 민감성, 반응성, 온정성과 영아자녀의 협력, 주도성, 즐거움 하위요인이며 행동에 대한 조작적 정의에 근거하여 관찰자 2인에 의한 결과를 수집하였다. 프로그램은 4주간 주 2회씩 8회기를 3단계로 제공되었다. 1단계(1~2회기)는 부/모 대상, 정서적 지지를 목표로 2회, 2단계(3~6회기)는 부/모와 영아 한 쌍의 상호작용 증진을 목표로 4회기간 진행되었다. 3단계(7회기~8회기)는 치료사의 지원을 최소화하고 영아기 자녀와 부/모간 상호작용 증진과 부/모와 영아 그룹원간 상호작용을 통한 협력을 목표로 하였다. 또한 가정과 연계하여 활동곡의 음원 파일을 녹음하여 참여자 부/모에게 제공하여 노래를 부르며 상호작용 할 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 양적·관찰 도구를 적용하여 살펴본 본 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 적용한 프로그램이 영아기 자녀와 부/모의 상호작용 증진에 효과적이었음을 알 수 있다.
