구조화된 음악 내 반복적 악구 적용을 통한 자폐범주성장애 아동의 어절 사용 촉진 사례

Abstract

본 연구는 자폐범주성장애 아동의 어절 사용 촉진을 위한 구조화된 음악 내 반복적 악구 적용 중재 사례연구이다. 연구 대상자는 구어사용이 가능한 자폐범주성장애를 진단받은 만 6세에서 9세 사이에 해당하는 아동 3명이다. 연구는 진단세션(2회기), 기초 중재세션(4회기), 연구 중재세션(7회기)으로 총 13회기에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 모든 세션은 회기 당 30분 개인세션으로 진행되었다. 연구 진행 전 대상자의 언어 수준을 알아보기 위하여 취학 전 아동 수용 및 표현언어 검사(PRES)와 수용 및 표현언어 어휘력 검사(REVT)가 실시되었다. 결과분석을 위해 모든 세션은 비디오 녹화되었으며, 세션 내 어절 사용의 변화를 보기 위하여 치료사의 질문에 두 어절 이상을 포함한 대답률을 회기별, 회기 내 중재 전ㆍ후로 측정하여 기록하였다. 대상자의 언어사용 수준의 변화를 보기 위하여 매 회기별 치료사의 주관적 평가가 이루어졌다. 중재는 가사 만들기, 구조화된 음악 내 반복적 악구 적용 노래 부르기, 대화하기 순서로 진행되었다. 연구 결과, 회기가 지남에 따라 치료사의 질문에 대한 대상자의 질문에 대답 시 2어절 이상을 포함하여 대답한 횟수가 증가함을 알 수 있었으며, 단답형식의 대답은 회기가 지남에 따라 줄어들었음을 알 수 있었다. 대상자의 언어 수준에 대한 질적 변화를 보기 위한 치료사의 주관적 평가에서는 각 회기별 주제에 따른 대상자 간의 차이가 있었음을 알 수 있었으며, 회기가 지남에 따라 어휘력 및 문법에 긍정적 변화가 관찰되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 구어사용이 가능한 자폐범주성장애 아동의 어절 사용 촉진에 구조화된 음악 내 반복적 악구 적용 중재가 효과적임을 시사한다.;This study is a case study of repeated musical phrase in structured music to increase the use of word phrase(Eojeol) for children with autism spectrum disorder. For this study, 3 children with ASD were participated. Participants have well speech and spoken language skills. Participants are enrolled in elementary schools between ages of 6 and 9. For the study, 2 diagnosis sessions, 4 basic research sessions, and 7 repeated music phrase in structured music sessions were conducted. All sessions were conducted with 30 minutes private per session. To examine the language level of the participants, Preschool Receptive-Expressive Language Scale (PRES) and Receptive and Expressive Vocabulary Test were conducted before the study. To analyze the results, all the sessions were video recorded. To analyze the changes in the use of word phrase(Eojeol), the answer rate of the participants including two or more word phrase(Eojeol) was measured each session. Also, the subjective evaluation was conducted to see the change of the participants’ level of language by the researcher. The intervention was performed in the following order: making lyrics, repeated musical phrase in strictured music, and talking. For the results, the number of answers including two or more word phrase(Eojeol) were increased as the sessions progressed and the answer response time was decreased to questions. In the subject evaluation of researcher to see the qualitative change of participants’ language level, there was significant difference between participants and a positive change was observed in the use of vocabulary and grammar. The results of the study suggest that it is effective to apply repeated musical phrase in structured music to increase the use of word phrase(Eojeol) for children with autism spectrum disorder.
