국내 아동․청소년 음악치료 연구 내 부적응 문제에 대한 치료적 접근 및 중재 내용 분석

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze researchers’ definition of maladjustment, contents of intervention by the types of therapeutic intervention, and contents of interventions regarding researches presented reasons for approaching and analyzing intervention contents of maladjustment problem in music therapy research for children and adolescents in Korea. For the before-mentioned purpose, 17 thesis and journal articles published from 2000 to present were selected and analyzed. The results are as follows. It was revealed that researches were conducted in various way by subject, variable, and goal since the concept and method to approach to maladaptation varied by researchers. After examining the types of intervention undergone in the researches, it was shown that while most of the researchers understood that maladjustment a problem stems from psychological emotion, researches are being conducted focusing on activities based on the original therapeutic function of music. Since the concept of maladjustment defined by each researcher is diverse and ambiguous, understanding of the directions and interpretation of the meaning of the researches are limited. Therefore, this research examined if recently conducted music intervention researches approached with sufficient reflection and logical structure in the light of the process of adaptation based on researchers’ ways to approach regarding maladaptation problem of children and adolescents in the subject researches. I hope this research is used as useful data for the approach to intervention for maladapted children and adolescents.;본 연구의 목적은 국내 아동․청소년 음악치료 연구 내 부적응 문제에 대한 치료적 접근 및 중재 내용 분석을 위해 부적응 관련 변인과 일반적 특징, 연구별 부적응에 대한 연구자의 정의, 음악중재 유형에 따른 중재 내용, 논거 제시 연구의 중재 내용을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 현재까지 발표된 학위논문과 학술지 논문 17편을 선정하여 분석하였으며, 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 진행된 중재 형태를 살펴본 결과 대부분의 연구자들이 부적응을 심리정서의 문제로 이해하고 있었지만 음악 고유의 치료적 기능에 근거한 활동을 중심으로 중재연구가 진행되고 있음을 파악하였다. 또한 연구자마다 부적응에 대한 개념과 접근 방법이 상이하여 대상, 변인, 목표 등 매우 다양하게 연구가 진행되고 있음을 확인하였다. 각 연구자들마다 정의하는 부적응의 개념이 다양하고 모호하여 방향성 파악과 그 의미를 해석하는데 제한점이 있었기 때문에 부적응 연구에 대한 관심이 초점화 될 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 최근까지 진행된 부적응 아동․청소년 음악치료 연구에서 부적응 문제와 관련한 연구자들의 접근 방법 및 중재 내용, 심리치료 이론을 기반으로 한 적용과정에서의 충분한 반영 혹은 논리적 구조를 가지고 접근했는지를 살펴보았다. 추후 연구자와 현장에 있는 음악치료사들에게 부적응 아동․청소년의 중재 접근을 위한 유용한 자료로 사용되길 기대한다.
