dc.description.abstractVerbascum blattaria L. (Scrophulariaceae) is a flowering biennial plant, which is distributed in Asia, Europe, North America, and North Africa. Many natural compounds such as flavonoids, iridoids, and glycerides have been formerly isolated from this plant. Some of these isolated compounds have been reported to exhibit various biological activities including anti-oxidant, neuroprotective, and hepatoprotective effects. Phytochemical investigation of the dried leaves of V. blattaria led to the isolation of three known compounds, kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), E-harpagoside (2), and lateroside (3) which were never been reported from V. blattaria previously. The structures of 1-3 were identified by spectroscopic data analysis including 1D and 2D NMR spectra such as 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H NOESY, 1H-13C HSQC, and 1H-13C HMBC.;현삼과 (Scrophulariaceae)에 속하는 Verbascum blattaria는 2년생 화초로서 아시아, 유럽, 북아메리카, 그리고 북아프리카에 주고 분포한다. 이 식물로부터 다양한 물질들이 분리 되었으며, 이들은 항산화, 신경보호, 간보호 작용 등을 함유하는 사실을 관련 문헌을 통하여 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 V. blattaria 메탄올 추출물의 분획 중 에틸아세테이트 분획물의 성분을 연구하였다. 이로부터 기존에 알려진 물질인 kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (17), E-harpagoside (18), lateroside (19)를 분리하였으며, 이들은 이 식물에서 처음 분리한 것으로 확인되었다. 분리한 물질의 확인을 위하여, 다양한 이화학적 및 분광학적 기법을 기반으로 하여 그 구조 및 화학적 특성을 밝혔다.-
