Abstract

Introduction * Purpose: To help Korean parents be able to use English with their children in everyday life. * Rationale: Foreign language is best learned when it is used for meaningful communication in real-life situations. Therefore, this textbook presents real-life topics and communicative activities that are relevant to their lives and parenting situations. * Target learners: Small group of parents who have toddlers and preschoolers (1 to 5 years old). * Proficiency: Lower-intermediate according to ACTFL guideline.
