중국 내 음악중재 연구 동향 분석

Abstract

本文筛选了1980年至2017年间中国期刊登载的共275篇音乐干预研究文献进行分析，其目的是考察中国音乐治疗学术发展现况，并为今后中国音乐治疗的发展方向提供建议。为了解中国音乐干预研究的年度发表状况，本文以5年为单位，将1980年至2017年划分为8个阶段，对每阶段的年度发表量进行了分析。并根据其研究内容，将研究对象、干预目标、干预方法、研究者学科背景进行了归类与统计。分析结果显示，1985年至2017年中国音乐干预研究论文的数量持续增长，尤其从2010年开始，增长的趋势最为明显。由此可见中国音乐治疗在临床实验中的不懈努力。据研究对象分析结果，精神障碍(33.5%)为研究对象的论文数量最多，其次是医疗患者对象(28.4%)，一般对象(14.5%)，康复治疗对象(12%)，发展障碍对象(6.9%)，神经认知障碍对象(3.6%)。由此可见中国音乐干预主要运用于医疗、康复、疗养领域。干预目标分析结果显示，情绪领域(41.1%)的研究占了最高比重。干预方法分析结果显示，使用音乐欣赏(47.6%)作为主要干预方法的研究最多,几乎占了全体分析资料的一半。研究者学术背景的分析结果表明,由医学专业者(77.7%)完成的论文数量最多，音乐治疗专业者所进行的论文仅有9篇，并且都是与其他专业的研究者共同完成的。本文对过去30年间在国内学术期刊登载的音乐干预研究论文进行了多角度的分析，考察了国内音乐干预研究论文的总体特征和趋势，对中国音乐治疗的发展进行了探讨。由此，本文作为中国音乐治疗发展所需的基础资料具有一定参考意义.;본 연구는 중국 내 음악치료 분야의 학술적 발전 현황을 파악하고, 향후 발전 방향에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 중국 내 학술지에 게재된 음악중재 연구 총 275편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석대상 논문의 주요 특성을 살펴보기 위하여 연구대상, 중재목표영역, 중재방법, 연구자의 학문 배경을 분석하였으며 1980년부터 2017년까지 5년 단위로 구분하여 연도별 현황을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 중국 내 음악중재 연구는 1985년부터 2017년까지 꾸준히 발표되었으며, 특히 2010년 이후부터 논문 수가 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 분석대상 논문의 연구대상자로는 정신장애대상(33.5%)이 가장 많이 진행되고 있었으며, 다음으로 의료대상(28.4%), 일반대상(14.5%), 재활대상(12%), 발달장애대상(6.9%), 신경인지장애대상(3.6%)의 순으로 나타나 의료, 요양 시설에서 진행된 연구가 가장 많은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석대상 논문의 중재목표영역으로 연구대상자의 정서영역(41.1%)을 중재한 연구가 가장 높은 비중을 차치하였고 중재방법으로는 감상 활동(47.6%)을 제시한 연구가 전체 논문의 절반을 차치할 정도로 높았다. 연구자의 학문 배경을 분석한 결과 의학 전공자(77.7%)에 의해서 진행된 연구가 가장 많았으며, 음악치료 전공자에 의한 연구도 9편 있었으나 모두 타 분야 전공자와 함께 한 것으로 연구가 독립적으로 진행되지는 않았음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지난 30여 년간 중국에서 이루어진 음악중재 연구를 다각도로 분석하여 폭넓게 적용되고 있는 음악중재 연구의 전반적인 특성과 동향에 따른 중국음악치료의 발전 방향성에 필요한 기초 자료를 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. ;The purpose of this was to review music intervention studies published in Chinese journals, in order to provide an overview of current development in music therapy in China and suggestions for further research. A total of 275 studies published from 1980 to 2017 were included and analyzed for a 5-year-periods, in terms of research objects, intervention objectives types of music activities, and academic background of researchers. Results showed that music intervention studies have been published since 1985 persistently, until today, and the number of publications has exceedingly increased. Among the types of research objects, subjects with mental disorders (33.5%) were most studied, followed by the subjects (28.4%), general subjects (14.5%), rehabilitation subjects (12%), developmental disorder (6.9%), and neurocognitive disorders (3.6%). In terms of intervention objectives, researches in the psychological and emotional fields (41.1%) occupied the highest ratio. Among the types of music activities, researches based on the music listening (47.6%) were conducted the most. In terms of academic backgrounds of researchers, results showed that most studies were conducted by medical professionals (77.7%). Although 9 studies were conducted by Music Therapy professionals, the studies were completed in conjunction with professionals in other fields. Results of this study provide substantial information of music intervention studies published in China from the past 30 years, which can further be utilized for discussions of future studies.
