탈부착 방법에 의한 가변적 패션디자인 연구

Abstract

현대 사회에서 디자인은 시대의 흐름에 따라 사회적·환경적·윤리적 책임을 고려한 새로운 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 빠르게 변화하는 현대 패션에서도 표현의 형태가 확장되어 새로운 미적 가치를 창출하고, 실용성을 지니는 등 발상의 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 모든 형태 구성에 있어 가장 기초가 되는 기하학은 합리성·단순성·명확성 등의 요소를 나타낸다. 임의나 우연에 의해 만들어진 형태가 아닌, 모두가 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 보편적인 형태로 형태 구성이나 확장에서도 제한이 없고 안정적이며 한계 없이 변화할 수 있기 때문에 강한 시각적 충격을 일으켜 깊은 인상을 남기기도 한다. 이러한 기하학적 형태는 자유롭게 형(形)을 선택할 수 있는 패션에서도 합리적인 형태로 응용되며, 직물 표현에 활용될 뿐만 아니라 실루엣이나 디테일 등 다양한 형태적 변화를 통해 새로운 미적 가치를 창조할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 탈부착 방법을 활용한 가변적 패션디자인의 유형을 고찰하고, 사각형 원형을 기반으로 한 자유로운 발상의 전환과 표현의 우연성·의외성을 이용하여 다양한 디자인을 창출하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 주요 내용 및 방법으로는 다목적·다 기능적·가변적 디자인에 관한 학술 연구지 및 문헌 자료를 토대로 형태 변형이 가능한 가변적 패션의 개념과 유형, 구현 방법에 대해 살펴보았으며, 사각형 원형에 의한 현대 패션 사례들을 수집하여 특성을 분류하였다. 이를 중심으로 탈부착 방법에 스냅 단추를 활용하여 아이디어를 전개한 결과, 장식 효과는 물론 어디에 부착하느냐에 따라 다양한 형태적 표현이 가능해 우 연성에 의한 디자인 전개 또한 이룰 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사각형 원형을 기반으로 의복을 구성하고, 탈부착 방법을 도입함으로써 우연성에 입각한 다양한 디자인 전개를 이룰 수 있었다. 둘째, 탈부착 방법으로 스냅 단추를 활용함으로써 장식적인 효과를 나타낼 수 있었으며, 착용자의 목적과 의도, 단추의 부착 위치에 따라 다양한 형태를 구성하여 표현할 수 있었다. 셋째, 스냅 단추를 활용함으로써 탈부착할 수 있으므로 통합과 분리가 자유자재로 이루어져 같은 아이템 내에서의 디테일 변화는 물론 아이템 간의 전환도 가능하였다. 넷째, 색채나 재질이 상이한 리버시블 소재를 사용한 경우에는 한 의상에서 다양한 색채 변화와 재질의 변화를 가져올 수 있었다. 다섯째, 사각형 원형을 활용하여 의복의 형태를 구성함으로써 재단 시 디자인 의도에 따라 원단을 거의 다 소진할 수 있는 장점이 있어 결과적으로 친환경적인 가치를 부여할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고정관념화된 기존의 의복 구성의 형태에서 벗어나 사각형 원형을 기반으로 원단을 최대한 소진하여 디자인을 전개함으로써 패션디자인 제작의 윤리성을 구현하는 데 의미가 있다. 또한, 스냅 단추를 활용하여 탈부착 방법을 도입한 가변적 디자인을 창출함으로써 다양한 형태적 변형을 통해 독창적이면서도 실용 가능한 디자인을 제시하는 데 차별성이 있다. ;Design in modern society is transformed into a new paradigm considering social, environmental, and ethical responsibilities in accordance with environmental influences and change of perception of the times. This phenomenon represents the expansion of expressions in rapidly changing modern fashion, a new aesthetic value, and a transition of ideas with practical value. The most basic geometry in all form configurations represents elements such as rationality, simplicity, and clarity. It is not a form created by intention or chance, but a universal form that everyone can easily recognize. There is no limit to the configuration or expansion of the form, it is stable, and it is possible to change without limit or range, thereby causing a strong visual impression and leaving a deep impression. These geometric forms are applied in a rational form even in a fashion in which a form can be freely selected, not only can it be used to express fabrics, but can also create new aesthetic values through various morphological changes such as silhouettes and details. In this study, the type of flexible fashion design using the attachment and detachment method is reviewed and presented, and the purpose is to create various designs through the possibility of free conversion of ideas and contingency of expression and unexpectedness based on rectangular prototype. As the main content and method of this study, the concept, type, and implementation method of variable fashion that can represent morphological transformation were examined through academic research papers and literature data on multi-functional and variable design. The case of modern fashion by rectangular prototype was collected and classified. As a result of using the snap button on the attachment / detachment method centering on this, it was possible to achieve the design development by chance by showing various forms of expression according to the decorative effect using the snap button, as well as where to attach it. In addition, the design by the rectangular prototype has the merit that the fabric can be exhausted almost according to the design intention, and as a result, it gives an eco-friendly meaning and added value in terms of sustainability considering ethical responsibility. The summary and results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the clothes were constructed based on the rectangular prototype, and various designs could be developed by chance introducing the attachment and detachment method. Second, it was possible to express decorative effect by using snap button as a detachment method, and it could be expressed in various forms according to the purpose and intention of the wearer and the attachment position of the button. Third, it is possible to attach and detach by using the snap button, so that it is possible to integrate and separate freely, so that not only the detail change in the same item but also the switching between items can be achieved. Fourth, when reversible materials with different colors or different materials were used, they showed various color changes and material changes in one garment and showed double - sidedness. Fifth, it is possible to exhaust almost the fabric according to the design intention at the time of cutting by forming the shape of the garment by using the rectangular prototype, as a result, the environment-friendly meaning can be given as a result. Therefore, in this study, it is meaningful to realize the ethics by developing design by exhausting the fabric based on the rectangular prototype, away from the form of conventional stereotyped garment composition. In addition, there is a difference in presenting an innovative and practical design through various morphological transformations by creating a variable design incorporating a detachment method by utilizing a snap button.
