Abstract
A Study on the Flow of Mobile Fashion Application with Intrinsic Motivations of Recently, the use of smart devices and mobile commerce have grown rapidly. The fashion industry is paying keen attention to brand marketing using applications. Businesses are trying to communicate broadly with consumers, from running fashion applications in a mobile environment to providing brand information and content and selling products. Fashion applications are a means of emotional communication between brands and consumers and are a key business marketing tool that plays a big role in generating corporate profits. The impact of fashion applications is expected to increase gradually due to increased use of smart phones and changes in consumers. An active and proactive attitude is the moment when in-depth research into user experience design is needed. Therefore, this study intended to focus on the intrinsic motivations of consumers by applying a flow theory based on the nature of applications in the mobile environment. This study was intended to identify the detailed factors of the internal motivations of fashion application users and validate their impact on flow and their effect on preference. Three study issues were presented for the purpose of this study detailed assumptions were established and empirical studies were carried out to verify them. For empirical research, it underwent a course of literature review, data collection, and preliminary investigation, and used the results as data for the development of questionnaire configurations and question scales for empirical investigation. The subject of the empirical study was women aged 20 to 39, who had experience using fashion applications using a total of 202 data collected in the survey for final analysis. For statistical analysis, SPSSv 21.10 program was used to perform frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, reliability analysis, correlation, multiple return analysis, and parameter regression. The study found that respondents used fashion applications using their free time and had 30 minutes of use time or less per week, mainly for the purpose of buying, entertaining, and entertaining fashion products. They preferred privately operated shopping malls to buy clothing, rather than fashion companies. It turns out that it is not affected by famous brands and prefers to buy a product with Cody style information. Respondents who are usually interested in fashion and fashion were found to have a relatively low price resistance as more than half of them said they would buy if the price was high but if it was valuable. The results of the study were summarized into three main areas, focusing on research issues. First, we wanted to see if the nature of mobile applications affected the flow of fashion application users. The detailed hypothesis was set up to verify that the characteristics of the application, interaction, information delivery, and usability, affect the flow. Research has shown significant impact on flow in order of usability, information availability and interaction. Therefore, when using fashion applications, these three characteristics have been identified as important elements of the flow. Second, we wanted to know if the inherent use motivations of fashion application users affect the flow. The detailed hypothesis was set up to identify underlying motivations as economic motivations, hedonistic motivations, and cognitive motivations to validate their impact on the flow. The results of the study showed significant effects on the flow in order of hedonistic, economic and cognitive motivations. This shows that the inherent motivation of users using fashion applications in the flow experience plays an important leading role in three sub-factor factors. Third, the user flow of fashion applications was intended to serve as a medium between intrinsic motivations and preferences and to see how it affected preferences. The detailed hypothesis was set up to verify that economic motivations, hedonistic motivations, and cognitive motivations use flow to influence preference. Research has shown that all three inherent motivations have a significant effect on preference by means of flow. And in relation to preference, it has been shown that in the flow, the hedonistic, cognitive incentives meet the partial conditions of the instrument and that the economic incentives meet the full conditions of the instrument. The results of this study have various implications in both theoretical and practical aspects. Based on theoretical background and prior research, research aimed at specifically classifying the inherent use motivations of mobile fashion application users and to explore the impact of each independent variant on flow differs from existing research. The conceptual setting of a user's inner motivations in shopping behavior and the study of their impact on flow and preference have academic significance. The importance of this study is that although the preceding research on flows has continued, it has identified the nature of mobile applications around fashion applications and identified user flow experiences. Shopping with smart devices begins with active and active user intervention and is a complex process in which individual and application characteristics interact. Based on young female consumers who are largely involved in fashion and fashion, Studying the status of use of fashion applications, user characteristics, and the relationship between flow experiences is meaningful in practical terms. In a mobile environment, the fashion business must provide personalized services that understand not only technical features but also the characteristics of users. This is a constant concern for businesses, and the development of fashion applications also requires substantial user experience. This study identified the characteristics of mobile applications through research problems and hypothesis testing and validated the impact of the inherent user motivations on the flow. By checking the impact on the role and preference of the flow, we have identified that the user's pleasure, economic, and cognitive motivations act as an important precursor to the flow. This research will serve as a useful guide to the revitalization of the fashion business in mobile commerce and consumer research in fashion application design and marketing.;최근 스마트기기의 사용증가와 모바일 커머스의 급격한 발전으로 패션업계에서는 애플리케이션을 이용한 브랜드 마케팅이 크게 주목받고 있다.
