관계불확실성이 이성관계만족에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식명확성의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들에게 중요한 영역이라 할 수 있는 이성 관계에서 현재까지는 잘 다루어지지 않았던 관계불확실성이 미치는 영향에 대해 확인하고, 두 변인 간 관계에서 정서인식명확성이 매개변인으로 작용하는지에 대해 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 대학생들이 이성 관계 속에서 경험하는 다양한 문제들을 어떻게 이해하고 접근할 것인가에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 319명의 대학생을 대상으로 관계불확실성 척도, 정서인식명확성척도, 이성관계만족도 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 변인들 간의 상관관계를 확인한 후 관계불확실성이 이성관계만족도에 미치는 영향에서 정서인식명확성이 매개효과를 나타내는가를 검증하였고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구변인들 간 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과 관계불확실성과 정서인식명확성, 이성관계만족의 세 변인 모두 상관관계가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 둘째, 관계불확실성은 정서인식명확성과 이성관계만족 모두와 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 특히 이성관계만족의 하위요인 중 전반적만족과 가장 높은 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 관계불확실성과 이성관계만족 사이에서 정서인식명확성의 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 이는 관계에서 느끼는 만족감을 향상시키기 위해서 개인이 느끼는 불확실감을 감소시키기 위한 노력과 더불어 자신의 정서를 명확하게 인식하는 것이 보다 효과적일 수 있음을 의미한다. 위와 같은 결과는 이후 이루어질 관계만족에 관한 연구에서 관계불확실성이라는 요소가 주요 변인으로 고려되어야 하며 불확실성에 대한 추가적인 탐구 또한 다양하게 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. 또, 정서인식명확성이 관계불확실성과 이성관계만족의 관계에서 매개효과를 보인다는 것이 확인됨에 따라, 선행 연구들에서 정서인식명확성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인된 애착이나 정서조절 등의 변인들이 관계만족에도 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 예측 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 상담 장면에서, 관계 속에서 경험하는 문제를 호소하는 내담자들에게 위와 같은 변인들을 활용하여 접근하는 새로운 방법과 프로그램에 대한 탐색이 필요함을 확인할 수 있다. 끝으로 본 연구가 가지는 제한점에 대한 논의 및 후속 연구의 방향에 대해 제안하였다.;This study is to explores the mediating effect of emotional clarity mediates. The aim of this study is to examine how emotional clarity affects between relationship uncertainty and satisfaction of romantic relationship and the result will provide basic data on how students understand and approach various problems experienced in romantic relationship. To cunduct the study 319 college students were surveyed using relationship uncertainty scale, emotion recognition clarity scale, and satisfaction of romantic relationship scale. Data were analyzed through the SPSS program, to identify the correlation between the variants and the mediating effects of emotional clarity. After the experiment, results showed that there was a positive correlation between the relationship uncertainty, emotional clarity and satisfaction of romantic relationship. And relationship uncertainty shows negative correlation with emotional clarity and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Particularly, it shows the highest negative correlation with overall satisfaction among sub-factors of satisfaction of romantic relationship. In addition, there is a partial mediating effect of emotional clarity between relationship uncertainty and satisfaction of romantic relationship. This means that in order to improve satisfaction in the relationship, it may be effective to clearly identify one's emotions with the effort to reduce uncertainty. These results suggest that factors of relationship uncertainty should be considered in further studies of the satisfaction of the relationship, and therefore further exploration of the uncertainty should be conducted in various ways. It has been confirmed that emotional perception clarity has a mediating effect between relationship uncertainty and satisfaction of romantic relationship. Therefore, different variables such as attachment and emotion control. Which affects emotional clarity can also be expected to influence on relationship satisfaction. And it is implied to find new methods and programs that can approach the clients who are experiencing problems in relationship by using the above variables in counseling.
