청소년의 특성분노와 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 정서인식명확성과 심리적 수용의 조절효과

Abstract

청소년들의 높은 수준의 공격성은 심각한 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 게다가 청소년기의 공격성이 잘 다루어지지 않을 때 이후 다양한 부적응으로 이어질 수 있으므로 이에 대한 탐색과 이해는 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 공격성이 가장 높 게 나타나는 시기인 중학생을 대상으로 청소년의 특성분노와 반응적 공격성의 관계를 살펴보고, 정서인식명확성과 심리적 수용이 두 변인 간 관계를 조절할 수 있는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 서울에 위치한 1개 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 238명을 대상으로 특성분노, 반응적 공격성, 정서인식명확성, 심리적 수용의 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결과 특성분노는 반응적 공격성과 유의한 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서인식명확성과 심리적 수용과는 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 반응적 공격성은 정서인식명확성, 심리적 수용과 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서인식명확성과 심리적 수용은 유의한 정적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특성분노, 정서인식명확성, 심리적 수용은 모두 반응적 공격성을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 높은 수준의 특성분노는 높은 수준의 반응적 공격성을 예측했으며, 낮은 수준의 정서인식 명확성과 낮은 수준의 심리적 수용은 각각 높은 수준의 반응적 공격성을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 특성분노와 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 정서인식명확성의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 정서인식명확성의 수준이 낮을 때 높은 수준의 특성분노는 높은 수준의 반응적 공격성을 예측했다. 넷째, 청소년의 특성분노와 반응적 공격성의 관계에서 심리적 수용의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 심리적 수용이 낮을 때 높은 수준의 특성분노가 높은 수준의 반응적 공격성으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 후속연구를 위한 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다.;Adolescents aggression is becoming a serious social problem. In addition, It's very important to explore and understanding the high levels of aggression in adolescence that can lead to various maladjustments when aggressiveness is not deal well. This study investigated the relationship between trait anger and reactive aggression in middle school students, the most aggressive period. and this study was to examine the moderating effect of emotional clarity and psychological acceptance in the relationship between trait anger and reactive aggression. Surveys were conducted by 238 middle school students in Seoul. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, Correlation analysis results showed that there were a significant correlations among four variables. there was a significant positive correlation between trait anger and reactiveaggression. and trait anger had negative correlation with emotional clarity and psychological acceptance, respectively. and reactive aggression had negative correlation with emotional clarity and psychological acceptance, respectively. and there was a positive correlation between emotional clarity and psychological acceptance. second, trait anger, emotional clarity, and psychological acceptance all predict reactive aggression. That is, high level of trait anger predicted high level reactive aggression, while low level of emotional clarity and low level psychological acceptance predicted high level of reactive aggression. Third, The moderating effect of emotional clarity was significant for the relationships between adolescents' trait anger and reactive aggression. Especially when emotional clarity was low level, high level of trait anger predicted high level of reactive aggression. Fourth, The moderating effect of psychological acceptance was significant for the relationship between adolescents' trait anger and reactive aggression. Especially when psychological acceptance was low level, high level of trait anger predicted high level of reactive aggression. Based on the above research results, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
