Abstract

본 논문은 석사 졸업 리사이틀 프로그램에 연주된 작품들을 연구한 것으로 로시니(Gioacchino Rossini, 1792-1868)의 가곡『베네치아의 곤돌라 경주(La Regata Veneziana)』, 도니제티(Gaetano Donizetti, 1797-1848)의 오페라『안나 볼레나(Anna Bolena)』中 아리아 「왜 울고 있는가...? 내가 태어난 성으로 나를 인도해 주세요(Piangete voi...? Al dolce guidami)」, 로드리고(Joaquín Rodrigo, 1901-1999)의 마드리갈 모음집『네 개의 사랑의 마드리갈(Cuatro Madrigales Amatorios)』을 작곡가의 생애와 음악적 특징 중심으로 연구하였다. 로시니의『베네치아의 곤돌라경주』는 세 곡이 하나의 이야기가 되어 연결되는 가곡집으로 주인공 안졸레타가 곤돌라 경주에 참가한 모몰로를 응원하는 내용이다. 제1곡「경기 전 안졸레타 (Anzoleta avanti la regata)」,제2곡「경기 중 안졸레타 (Anzoleta co passa la regata)」,제3곡「경기 후 안졸레타 (Anzoleta dopo laregatta)」로 이루어져 있으며 곡마다 변하는 안졸레타의 감정을 셈여림과 크레셴도, 가사 그리기 기법을 사용하여 다양하게 나타내고 있다. 도니제티의 오페라 『안나 볼레나』는 16세기 영국 왕실을 배경으로 헨리 8세, 안나(왕비), 조반나(시녀) 사이에서 일어난 실제 사건을 다루며, 결국 왕비의 비극적인 죽음으로 끝이 난다. 전체 2막으로 구성되었으며, 그 중 본 논문에서 다룰 2막 3장에 나오는 안나의 노래「왜 울고 있는가...? 내가 태어난 성으로 나를 인도해 주세요 (Piangete voi...? Al dolce guidami)」는 다가오는 죽음에 직면하는 왕비의 불안한 심리와 광란의 상태를 표현한다. 안나의 아리아와 레치타티브의 가사, 리듬, 선율을 분석하고 벨칸토의 주요 기법인 콜로라투라와 레가토를 통해 주인공의 심리를 극명하고 섬세하게 그려낸다. 로드리고의 마드리갈 모음집『네 개의 사랑의 마드리갈』은 제1곡「무엇으로 씻어 내리? (¿con que la lavare)」, 제2곡「그대는 사랑으로 날 죽게 하네 (Vos mes mastáteis)」, 제3곡「내 사랑 그대는 어디에서 왔나요? (¿De donde venis amore?)」, 제4곡「어머니, 포플러나무에서 왔어요 (De los álamos vengo, madre)」로 이루어져 있다. 사랑하는 연인에 대한 주인공의 감정을 보여주는 작품으로 1곡과 2곡에서는 슬픔과 고통을, 3곡과 4곡에서는 기쁨에 찬 모습을 나타내고 있다. 이 작품은 피아노와 성악의 선율을 지속적으로 반복하여 단조로움을 주며, 피아노의 기타 주법 모방, 멜리스마와 꾸밈음, 스페인 민속 리듬을 사용하여 스페인 특유의 민족적 색채를 나타낸다.;This thesis studies the program annotation from the graduate recital of song cycle 『La Regata Veneziana』 by Gioacchino Rossini (1792-1868), 「Piangete voi...? Al dolce guidami」 from opera 『Anna Bolena』 by Gaetano Donizetti (1797-1848), and song cycle 『Cuatro Madrigales Amatorios』 by Joaquín Rodrigo (1901-1999). The study focuses on the life of the composers and the musical features of the pieces. 『La Regata Veneziana』 by Rossini is a song cycle, which unfolds a story in three songs. The story regards of a protagonist, Anzoleta, cheering up a gondola race participant, Momolo. The song cycle is composed of three songs; 「Anzoleta avanti la regata」, 「Anzoleta co passa la regata」, and 「Anzoleta dopo la regata」. The changing emotion of Anzoleta in each song is displayed variously through dynamics, cresecendos, and word painting. 『Anna Bolena』 by Donizetti is an opera in two acts, based on true incident of the King of England, Henry VIII, Queen Anna Bolena, and the maid, Giovanna. The drama ends with a tragic death of the queen. In act 2 scene 3, Anna sings the aria 「Piangetevoi...? Al dolce guidami」, when the queen gradually faces her death and fall into madness. The main musical techniques of the Bel canto opera, such as the coloratura technique and the legato melody, are used in this piece to reveal her frenzied and unstable state of mind. 『Cuatro Madrigales Amatorios』 by Rodrigo consists of four romantic madrigals, 「¿con que la lavare」, 「Vos mes mastáteis」, 「¿De donde venis amore?」, and 「De los álamos vengo, madre」. The emotions of the main character toward its lover are described in grief and agony in the first and second song, and in delight in the third and fourth song. In this study, piano and vocal melodiesare repeated to indicate monotonous melodies. Meanwhile, arpeggios are used to lyrically express the mournful heart of the protagonist. In addition, melismas and Spanish dance rhythms are used, showing the unique Spanish folk color.
