소아암 생존자의 청년기 적응 경험

Abstract

The research was tried to find a way for adapting adolescent experience for survivor of childhood cancer. This research confirms the traits of survivor of childhood cancer who spending his adolescence and also this research is considered to socio- cultural context profoundly. In order to find out this research, we consult 8 survivor of childhood cancer who agree participation of research. And assemble resource based on the consultant, analyzes through case studies. According to the research result, the common theme that we found each case is confirmed. And we describe and interpret the meaning of adolescent adaptation- experience. The subjects that appeared by analyzing consequence are five things.‘different life due to diagnosis for cancer’,‘trying for rehabilitation to the society ’,‘slower lifetime style than others’,‘similar but different reason of Millennials’,‘growth faded but deep color’. And main topic is revealed slow life out of rapid flow. This research has a meaningful point how to influence to live adolescence suffer from childhood cancer. At last, according to this consequence we recommend socio-welfare dimensional alternations that require to adapt adolescence of childhood cancer survivors.;본 연구는 소아암 생존자의 청년기 적응 경험을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 청년기를 보내고 있는 소아암 생존자의 특성을 확인하고, 생애발달주기에 따른 청년기 적응 경험을 사회문화적 맥락을 고려하여 심층적으로 탐색한 연구이다. 이를 위해 연구 참여에 동의한 청년 암 생존자 8명을 심층 면담하여 자료를 수집하고 질적 사례연구 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 각 사례에 대한 기술과 사례 간 공통적으로 나타난 주제를 찾아 소아암 생존자의 청년기 적응 경험의 의미를 기술하고 해석하였다. 분석결과에서 나타난 주제는 5개로 ‘암 진단으로 달라진 생활’,‘우왕좌왕 사회복귀의 노력’,‘남들보다 느려진 삶의 시간표’,‘유사하지만 다른 이유의 N포 세대’,‘바래졌지만 깊은 색으로 성장함’인 것으로 나타났다. 중심주제는“급류를 헤쳐나와 느려진 삶”인 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 소아암의 경험이 청년기를 살아가는데 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 심층적 의미를 탐구하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 소아암 생존자의 청년기 적응에 필요한 사회복지적 차원의 실천적, 정책적 함의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.
